Our band rehearses at the National Apple Museum. It's an interesting venue that doubles as a museum of the contribution of apples to the economy of Adams County and host to a variety of events. Tours are available by appointment.

Went for an evening of fokk music in the parking area with the Flying Matlocks. Check their calendar online. Made a donation and loved the atmosphere, food and hard cider

Website and telephone message said it was open Saturdays through October. Arrived noon on 10/31 to find it closed for the season. Drove two hours to get there. Very disappointing that they couldn't update hours of operation.

We were the first couple married there 30 years ago on June 10th, 1990. Mayor Darby Shaffer officiated. We are proud to a part of the museum’s history.

An incredible collection of apple related items. The NAM not only teaches you about the local area apple industry but also about the history of Adams County and the surrounding area. Our tour guide, Bill, was friendly and hospitable and most of all, extremely informative! A very inexpensive and incredibly interesting place. Best of all...you get to leave with a locally grown apple and or apple treat!

Open May through October on Saturdays 10 to 4 and Sundays 1 to 4 for tours and a great little gift shop with t-shirts and sweatshirts of the museum. There are many unique gifts from artisans that are one of a kind. An auditorium and a pavilion are available for renting for whatever occasion. Educational and family friendly. Tours and gift shop are open Monday thru Friday by appointment as well as during the off season.
