“Had a nail in my tire with a slow leak. Stopped here today and they came right out to my car in the rain, plugged it, added air and no charge! Super nice and I was really floored not to be charged. I’m going to use them for brakes I need soon and new tires when needed. Nice to have that old school hospitality.”

“I needed my car inspected and decided to give Touba Collision and Auto Repair a try. I entered the reception area and was greeted immediately by LaLa. I expressed my desire to have my car inspected she explained to me that the person that normally does it was not available at the moment and made a phone call to Melanie at Touba Tires. I went to Touba Tires and to my surprise Melanie was waiting for me outside! As soon as I mentioned her name she greeted me with a warm smile and said LaLa had just spoke with her about me. She took my car in the garage and took e-card of her business!!! I’m telling you Touba and it’s Employees LaLa, Lester, Melanie, Galax are some of the ones I’ve had the pleasure of meeting with. “Very friendly and professional! Long story short I took my car to Mavis which was a big mistake they ended up completely messing up my tire and I had to get it replaced for their mistake. I came here and they were so nice and took me right away for a tire install! Only $20.99 to get a tire put on and he even took the time to look at the rest of my car to make sure Mavis didn't mess anything up! Safe to say I will only be coming here from now on!”

“Dominic is the best mechanic/owner you will find around. He never looks to get more out of you or get you to do more to your vehicle that really needs to be done. Very trustworthy and always to the point. He will always tell you what’s wrong and what he thinks you should do. I’ve been going to him for years now and have always left knowing my vehicle is taken care of. I have had my vehicle towed there a few times and he had me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend going to Dulins. You won’t find better service in this area. If you want your vehicle fixed properly and not being over charged for things you don’t need then go to Dulins.”

“Overall, Mike, Lee and everyone at this location are good people to deal with. I came in to get new brake pads among other things and each time the repair was done there was a new issue that would crop up from the new part. I had to go back about many times to get the issue resolved, and while I have not driven my car (bad weather outside) since my last visit, I am hopeful that the issue has been fixed. Docked a point off for the sheer number of times I had to go back, but I also appreciate that mechanical parts are tricky at times.”

“Pep Boys has very convenient hours, performs a wide range of services quickly, and has stayed open while having a huge corporate transition to focus on services rather than retail. I have found that while the front desk service is hit or miss, with room to improve on cross training team members, if you wait to speak to a manager the issue gets resolved and is explained clearly. I give them 4 stars for staying open during such a drastic transition that has lingered waiting on their corporate. It is tough for folks to work with such uncertainty and they show up every day to work on cars. Angel fixed my battery today and showed concern that the car runs by testing it. I appreciate this!”
