“I cannot say enough positive things about the Resort Plaza branch. As the treasurer of 2 organizations, I frequent this branch sometimes several times a week and my transactions can be quite a handful. Every teller has always been friendly and helpful. I avoid other branches as I've encountered many of eye rolls and heavy sighs when I step up with a large transaction. I have never been treated like that by anyone at the Resort Plaza branch. They all answer my questions and go above and beyond to help in whatever way I need! I appreciate how comfortable they make me feel every time I walk through the door. As a bonus, the branch is always clean, decorated for the season and smells nice!”
