“PNC Bank (Latrobe Branch) helped me out tremendously. They were able to assist me with a somewhat “unique” transaction for my Vehicle Loan. I reached out to PNC’s main loan center and they were unable to assist me via phone call. Finally, I reached out to the closest Branch. They promptly scheduled me to come in and review the details of my transaction. I only have a vehicle loan with PNC, as my regular accounts are with another Bank.
