“Very knowledgeable staff & super friendly. I felt they took very good care of my cat, and myself. I have severe high anxiety, especially when it comes to my baby, and they were very accommodating of that! It was our first time at a vet since she had been spayed, and I am very pleased with the experience. The prices were also a lot lower than I expected, which is always nice!”

“5 stars is a understatement. Our cat managed to sneak into our bird room and get into his cage. With us not even being clients we were seen within 30 minutes of calling and Dr Johnson went above and beyond to save our birds life. She even called the next day to make sure he was doing okay and order more medicine to our local pharmacy. With out a doubt one of the most caring and compassionate vets I have been to! I cant thank you enough!”
“Love this vet and her office people. You can tell their animal people. The care and gentleness with which they handle your pets. The questions they ask. She's also slightly cheaper than most vets. She is willing to give you a discount if you bring in 2 pets at the same time. Which is good because many pet owners have more than one. And any savings helps us keep our pets instead of having to turn them into a shelter for lack of funds to care for them. Photos are from when we lost a pet. This is all the things they give you to help you process your grief. They were also superbly kind in the office.”
“They are AMAZING! My male Staffordshire terrier went there to be neutered and they were Amazing! Because he got to the wound and licked it the wound got infected and when I called they took him right in and said no charge. Today I took my Female corso/Lab to be spayed and again.. Amazing!! And they have the best prices around. I seen shanty back room places charge almost double what I paid. Not only for the surgery but the shots, chipping, and medication. My female dog is a little aggressive because of her “guarding” nature but they put her at ease and everything went flawless. When I spoke with the doctor at drop off she explained everything and showed a genuine care for her. She not only helped me with the operation but we discussed a couple other issues I’ve been having and took care of all issues in one swoop. Great place, highly recommend. My animals will go nowhere else! Thanks ladies!!”
“My family and I have been taking our pets to Justus for over 4 decades since the days when it was a solo practice of Dr Stephenson. The doctors and staff have been nothing but wonderful to us and our pets even when some of our pets had very spicy personalities. Special shout-out to Vet Tech Rosemary who has been kind, compassionate, and always professional during the most difficult visits.”

“Excellent group of Dr's and staff. Always responsive great care for our pups. Prices seem cheaper than where we were for years before our switch.
As with anything these days prices could always be a bit cheaper but you pay for what you get.
I'll be honest and id be willing to pay a monthly fee or an on call cost to be able to deal with a veterinary we know and trust if they were willing to be available on the weekends or after hours.
I absolutely hate having to deal with any emergency vets we have had to over the years.
We are lucky there has only been 3 times for emergency visits over the years but it would be nice to know our pups vets were available if needed but it is also understandable small group of doctors and staff.”

“I have trusted Dr. Nelson with my puppy since I got him. I haven't stopped going to him since (almost 2 years old now). He's been a friendly guy who's always willing to work with me and Milo. He's super kind and I love that he allows me to sit in on his visits with my dog (except during peak covid). I always feel welcomed to call whenever I have a worry about my boy (he has frequent tummy problems). The lady at the front desk who usually answers my calls is super friendly and I love how helpful she is. I'm sad i'll have to be leaving this vet soon because I am moving, but he was a great vet to have over the years i've had him.”
“My cat had a bladder infection, and it's Saturday. After being quoted $1200 at another place, I called Mid Valley. The doctor herself answered and agreed to see my cat, who also had a high fever and needed IV fluids. Total cost for meds and everything was $290, and the Dr was so nice. Gave us instructions for home, and told us if he's not better by Monday, (a holiday), to call her, and even though she's closed, she'd come in and see him. So, so appreciative.”

“Dr. Manning has been taking care of all of our dogs for years and we absolutely love her. She has always been so good to all of them, and the entire staff is amazing too. Everyone there has been so kind to us over the years and you can tell they truly care about the animals they take care of.
They have been there for us through so much, including losing some of our pups, and as awful as those moments were, they made the experience as peaceful and comforting as it possibly could be. The compassion they showed us during those times is something I’ll never forget.
We trust Dr. Manning completely with our dogs and are so grateful for her and everyone there. I really can’t say enough good things about them.”
