“This bank is one of the best ones in Pittsburgh the reason why that is because of the customer service. It's like banking back in the day when your back used to care. They know all their customers by name and they always greet them with joy. I actually look forward to going into the bank because of them. The bank itself it's great to. I have tried PNC they have a bunch of attitude. Citizens Bank never stays in the same place because they're all over the place because nobody wants them around. “Very friendly ATM, conveniently located near the subway stop, and just outside of a Citizens bank in downtown Pittsburgh. I've only ever had one issue with a check deposit at this location, but it was totally my fault when confirming the check amount. Citizens did resolve the issue swiftly. This ATM is pretty good at it's job. Area is public, well lit and safe.”

“I never imagined I'd be leaving a review about a bank, let alone a 5-star review but after many overly positive experiences at this specific branch over the years, I felt like this branch has earned it. Also, I'm not some wealthy dude with millions invested. I have credit card debts, student loans and nothing close to a perfect credit journey. I also don't have a home or car payment and at one point I was laid off and unemployed for months but that didn't stop them from treating me as a person.
To start, the interior is always clean and welcoming. Small things like multiple people greeting me when I walk in, being offered water or even a piece of a candy before I leave add up and make the experience feel more like a personal bank compared to a cold corporate transaction that other banks or branches give off.
I've interacted with many different members of staff and they are all very welcoming, open to answering any questions, even my obvious or dumb ones.
The person I want to mention as a big part of why I recommend this branch and rate it so highly is Jasmine. She has single handlely changed my opinion on Chase or banks in general. As I mentioned at the start, I don't have millions of dollars in my account but from the first interaction with Jasmine she has gone above and beyond so many times to help me with my finances and banking.
At one point, I had quite a few questions on what I should do for things like paying off multiple credit card debts across different banks, opening a savings and handling money while traveling in another country. I called the bank and spoke to Jasmine and she offered setting up a meeting so she could help me out.
When I arrived, after being greeted, I met with Jasmine and she made it her mission to make sure all my questions and finance needs were handled before I left. Since this review is getting long, I won't go into every example but I will say this wasn't a one time thing. It's my experience over a few years at least.
I'm someone who hated opening my bank app or looking at my statements but after Jasmine helps and recommendations (and of course me following through with the plans we put together) for the first time in my life, I actually feel good when I view my bank account. Not because I have no debt or tons of money, but because I now have a plan, clarity and confidence about my finances and it's thanks to Jasmine at this branch specifically.”

“I can't tell you how much I love my bank. And it has everything to do with the staff there, mainly the manager Anthony, the tellers Janet and the rest of the staff as well. I have walked into that bank so many times, with problems that I have created, and Anthony always takes whatever time is needed to figure out what's going on, and fixes it. And then helps me to understand everything. I know there are clients with a lot more money than me there, but they have always made me feel like I'm the most important one. Anthony, Janet and the rest of the staff are wonderful and nice people. And they always know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable. I am not when it comes to banking, that's why I have them. Anthony always takes the time to explain everything to me and has never made me feel stupid or less than for not understanding or making the mistakes I have made. That goes a long way with me.
