I've only ever had one issue with a check deposit at this location, but it was totally my fault when confirming the check amount. Citizens did resolve the issue swiftly. This ATM is pretty good at it's job. Area is public, well lit and safe.”

“I never imagined I'd be leaving a review about a bank, let alone a 5-star review but after many overly positive experiences at this specific branch over the years, I felt like this branch has earned it. Also, I'm not some wealthy dude with millions invested. I have credit card debts, student loans and nothing close to a perfect credit journey. I also don't have a home or car payment and at one point I was laid off and unemployed for months but that didn't stop them from treating me as a person.
To start, the interior is always clean and welcoming. Small things like multiple people greeting me when I walk in, being offered water or even a piece of a candy before I leave add up and make the experience feel more like a personal bank compared to a cold corporate transaction that other banks or branches give off.
I've interacted with many different members of staff and they are all very welcoming, open to answering any questions, even my obvious or dumb ones.
The person I want to mention as a big part of why I recommend this branch and rate it so highly is Jasmine. She has single handlely changed my opinion on Chase or banks in general. As I mentioned at the start, I don't have millions of dollars in my account but from the first interaction with Jasmine she has gone above and beyond so many times to help me with my finances and banking.
At one point, I had quite a few questions on what I should do for things like paying off multiple credit card debts across different banks, opening a savings and handling money while traveling in another country. I called the bank and spoke to Jasmine and she offered setting up a meeting so she could help me out.
When I arrived, after being greeted, I met with Jasmine and she made it her mission to make sure all my questions and finance needs were handled before I left. Since this review is getting long, I won't go into every example but I will say this wasn't a one time thing. It's my experience over a few years at least.
I'm someone who hated opening my bank app or looking at my statements but after Jasmine helps and recommendations (and of course me following through with the plans we put together) for the first time in my life, I actually feel good when I view my bank account. Not because I have no debt or tons of money, but because I now have a plan, clarity and confidence about my finances and it's thanks to Jasmine at this branch specifically.”

While at the bank with questions about credit application, Amir suggested refinance on my high interest existing loan. Amir’s applied extra efforts to gain my wife’s notarized signature from present distant location to finalize refi in January 2025 and home equity loan in January 2026. Amir kept me up to date through all aspects of these processes. Amir has made this a pleasant experience.”
