The instructors are phenomenal—welcoming, patient, and intentional about making sure every movement feels safe and empowering. They bring the perfect balance of professionalism and high-energy fun that keeps every class exciting. On top of that, the community is incredible. The encouragement, accountability, and motivation from peers adds a whole new level of inspiration I didn’t even realize I was missing.

In just one month, I’ve pushed myself further than I had in years of solo training. If you’re ready for a new spark, real support, and an environment where you can push limits while having fun, I can’t recommend CrossFit Athletics enough. I'm not one to typically leave reviews, but Crossfit Athletics deserves it!”

“Love love love Level Red Boxing. Finally took the leap a few months ago to try a class. I’ve been going once a week since due to living further north. Erin was super helpful after my first class. She reached out the following day to see if I had any questions and thank us for joining.All of the instructors are great. Seeing as we don’t have a consistent day to go we’ve rotated through a handful. They all have their own unique style and vibe which I love.Great atmosphere and workout if you’re looking to try something new! ??? i usually do the 60 minute class and its a great combination of cardio, boxing, kettlebells and core. Total body workout, who doesn’t love that!”

“I really love the atmosphere and community of this gym! I've been a gym rat for about 13 years now and have been a memeber at several different chains and mom-and-pop shops; this gym is more old school style with older, but fully functional, equipment.

The gym is super clean, well put together with a friendly and professional staff. I love having the option to use the hydro massage and other amenities if I choose.

If you're looking for a super modern gym with all the bells and whistles, this probably isn't the best fit for you. But if you're looking to get in a great workout with a great selection of free weights and plate loaded option, this is a great gym.

I also love the class schedule availablity. I don't utilize it, personally, but there's a lot of options for older members as well to come in and stay active.”

“I decided to reach out to this gym after finding it on Instagram. Coach Adrian called me to talk about my concerns and answered my questions. I am 44 years old and noticed that the home workouts I have always done were not getting me the results that I was looking for. After meeting with Adrian at the gym, I decided to do their 6 week program and have seen major results! I committed to taking classes 3 to 4 times per week and followed the meal plan that was provided for me. In 6 weeks, I feel stronger, I have lost 10 pounds, and my clothes fit better than they have in a long time.I love the variety of class times (they offer 6 class times every weekday!), how every workout feels fun and different, and most of all that I feel challenged and accomplished every time I leave. I am hooked and look forward to where I will be in a other 6 weeks!”

“The one-on-one assisted stretching at StretchLab is amazing! The trained flexologists help different muscles get to what feels like your max stretch and then with breathing for a few seconds and careful, professional assistance, they help your muscles go a little farther. It feels amazing and is so beneficial for increased mobility and flexibility. I’ve been coming weekly for two months so far and I’m so glad! Each flexologist is knowledgeable and attentive to specific needs, including making appropriate and informed modifications for me during my pregnancy, which has been so very helpful! Always feel great after!”

“Let me be the first to say I was skeptical of joining a CrossFit gym. But this place is amazing. The coaches are all primarily concerned with you doing the exercises properly and not about how much weight you are using or being competitive. They offer a lot of opportunities for new people to learn the weight lifting movements. The gym members are a great community of welcoming people ranging in age from 20s-60s. The owners have created a great place to work out. I started in October and I'm taking a class every day that they are offered because I enjoy the workouts and the people I'm working out with.”

“Only great things to say about F45 in the Strip District. If working out is something you struggle to find the motivation to do, definitely give F45 a try. It completely changed my outlook on working out and for the first time I understand why people enjoy it!I've gone to 3 sessions so far. Chase, Emily, and Jordan (trainers) made it the most welcoming environment which was a huge part of me coming back, since I'm typically timid walking into any gym. On top of all of this, I have never had such a great work out/ have never felt so great after a work out.10/10 recommend.”

“Me and my wife are competitive IFBB PRO bodybuilder, Who are from Alaska and often come and vacation here in Hawaii because our daughter is in college here. Working out on vacation is extremely important to us and we found this gym and BO, Teisha, Elena We are so accommodating and extremely friendly towards us and very professional and me and my wife are very very very appreciative of their customer service. And the gym was absolutely outstanding! I highly recommend this gym for anybody that is visiting Hilo! Five stars!”

“I took up pole dancing for health and wellness reasons. I do not like gyms. This has been a wonderful fit for me. Everyone is so positive and encouraging. I took Level 1 and 2 with Mysti. She is a wonderful teacher and clearly explains dance moves, positions, and steps. I love Sunday floor work and twerk classes with Deneese. It's like being at a pep rally. We all cheer each other. I got a membership a few days ago. I can't wait to learn more!”

“Based on my experience with Anthony and Mason at Harts Run Fitness, I can confidently say that they are excellent trainers who are dedicated to helping their clients achieve their fitness goals. I approached Anthony almost an year back with severe low back pain, labrum injury and hip impingement syndrome. I found his knowledge and expertise in fitness and exercise exceptional. Until then, my doctors and physical therapists were working on symptom control and planning to consider surgical options if it doesn't work, Anthony talked to me about making me stronger and working on my overall fitness and goals.He created personalized workout plans that catered to my specific needs. He also made me understand proper form and technique, which was essential for ensuring that I got the most out of my workouts. I am glad to say that six months down the line I felt much better and my symptoms were completely under control. I have also seen so many other success stories of their clients and I also learned to prioritize my fitness above everything else.In addition to their technical skills, they are also great motivators.
