“Arrow Auto Glass was one of several quotes I received for a windshield replacement on my car. Of the several companies that I looked into, Arrow was the only one to contact me regarding my quote, and discussed with me what they would do. They verified the make and model, and the year mine was manufactured is specific for some reason, so they verified the VIN to ensure I got the right price. They beat every other price I got and set a date with a technician from the closest office. The technician, Garrett, contacted me the next day to let me know he would be coming out to repair the windshield, and I let him know that the keys were in the car, it was unlocked, and if he needed to pull the car into a dry area should it rain, my job was aware and willing to allow him to use our bay.Garrett said he would arrive around 1 and it should take an hour. I was about 2 hours west on a job, and I let him know that he's able to whatever he needs to do to ensure the job is done and that I can pay via phone if possible as I wasn't sure when I'd be back in the area. Around 12:30, he calls and tells me that the job is done, and that he was able to remove the inspection sticker and put it on the new windshield. I promptly paid for his service and when I got back later that day, I inspected the windshield and found zero issues. Hats off to Garrett and Arrow. “Great service the man was very nice and informative for it being my first time getting a windshield repair. He does inform you that sometimes the repairs to the cracks or chips may require a windshield replacement if the cracks spread and get more severe. In my case it didn't. It took around 45 mins tbh I'm surprised not only how fast the whole process was but also how it turned out you can hardly tell anything was ever there.”
