“I havent been in a gym since high school and Im 32 now. I was very nervous to come back to a gym. Ive been coming here for a few weeks now. As soon as I walked in a woman greeted me (owners mom) and walked me through the process. I use Fitness Pass through work so I do not pay them directly but she was still very kind and patient, gave me a tour and made me feel very at ease. Is some of the equipment older? Yes. But everything is still in good condition and works great. The place is very clean and the sauna is great for after your workout. If you’re thinking about signing up, do it. Also wanted to add they offer alot more than just equipment to use. Their website has a calendar where they do paid classes and paid personal trainers but they also have alot of free classes and things like yoga, etc.”
