“I just finished my first week there. I am attending the 515 class weekday mornings and the open session on Saturdays. Both the coaches and the peeps in the class were super friendly and helpful. This far, nothing but good stuff to say about this place. The workouts run warmup, mobility, and then could be a mixed workout or broken up strength and then conditioning. Unless you aren't trying, there is no way to leave without dousing the floor with sweat ?????.”

“It's ridiculous the reviews I'm reading and the issues people are complaining about. If someone is on a machine politely ask how many sets they have left or if you can jump in with them. And if $50 is hurting you for canceling a membership then maybe you should save your money and workout at home??♂️ I absolutely love this PF! I'm a truck driver and I can park outside and get a workout in without worrying about being towed...... awesome!”
