I understand that everyone is short handed and over worked but that does not excuse poor customer service. The customer service lady at the Bloomsburg store was absolutely unprofessional and rude. excellent service at the desk from a lady by the name of Jen and the young gentleman who helped me load a refrigerator his name was well what a wonderful attitude

they will damage your property when delivering and then just laugh at you after the fact but will not take care of the damage
