“It's true. Probably the best overall encompassing selection of everything you need. Last week I needed something they didn't have , so they ordered it for me and 5 days later it was ready for me to pick it up. They have items for fine wood working that you can only find online. But they have the best service you can ask for and you can pick the item up and decide with your own eyes if it is what you are looking for and set it back down if it isn't. Honestly the first time I walked into the store I was there for 3 hours and covered the length of every aisle I didn't want to leave. The only issue I have with the store , is that I live 45 minutes away and I have to drive past 6 other hardware stores to get to them. They have no worries though so I don't think any of those 6 other stores have any thoughts of trying to step up bat against the quality, selection and service as Renco in Bloom. Yes most items are 10% higher in price. But they employee local and service is always with a smile and actually helpful, don't forget an inventory deeper and more diverse. And that for me is worth an extra dollar on ten..”
“It's a great store no doubt. There are things I would not buy there and things I go specifically there to buy (Floor jacks, zip-ties, spring clamps, Car towels, etc) Great stuff at a great price. Funny - I took my Wife for her first visit she wanted stocking stuffers, I didn't think I was going to get her out of there. She just kept saying, " Wow, wow, I can't believe this place".It was kind of cool.”

“I strongly prefer this Home Depot to the nearby Lowes after giving them both extensive business in 2023. I also felt like Home Depot had really good delivery services for all the things I've ordered from them online. I've made many trips for heavy items and Home Depot carts just seem superior to what Lowes is offering for customers (see image). In fact, Lowes had bent up metallic wirey carts that they left laying around for customers to be disappointed by. I did have some great customer service at Lowes but it was overshadowed by how they consistently have late employees who can't open registers in time. Home Depot, don't change too much and I'll always be back.”
