“This weekend, we were driving from Rochester NY to Charlotte NC. While in Mansfield, we hit a deer and our car was totalled. It was a scary situation in a completely unfamiliar area. Tammi and everyone at Matthews were the best thing that could have happened to us. Tammi went out of her way to think of different solutions to get us back home. Abby picked us up from Mansfield and was extremely kind! Our driver Joseph Girardi was a saint! He drove us 2 and a half hours to the airport so we could finally make it home. Everyone was so kind and I am so incredibly thankful for all of them. They made this stressful situation so much easier and we managed to get home safe all thanks to them!”

“Clay at Tyoga Transmissions is extremely knowledgeable and is very sincere with his work. He rebuilt our transmission a few months back. A new problem had occurred shortly after and I was worried it might be the transmission again. When I took it back, Clay took the time out of his busy day to hook his scanner up and took it for a drive He notified us one of the cylinders had a miss fire as well as the O2 sensors were throwing a code. He even offered to squeeze me in the following business day to fix the problem. My partner and I had done some extensive research prior to taking my vehicle to him. My partner works in the gas industry and was reasured by many past customers whom have brought their fleet vehicles to Tyoga Transmission that they indeed are extreamly reliable and knowledgeable. The only place that would help me was American Truck Stop and after talking with Pete Greer the owner, he and his buddy Jason were there in no time helping me get back on the road!
