“It's amazing to know customer service is still alive and well. I'm a little upset I drove to Keyser ave in Scranton for my tag and title not knowing they do full tag and title.... I did at least get to make an appointment for my inspection and oil change after I was helped well over 15 minutes at no charge sorting out a license plate registration thin that they didn't even have a hand in. Kudos to the culture here. I look forward to ongoing services.”

“I had a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire in Covington Township. I came in for an oil change and was extremely impressed with the customer service from start to finish. Justin was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. The entire crew was welcoming, efficient, and treated me with respect.
It’s refreshing to find a shop where the staff genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. The oil change was done in a timely manner, and I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands.
