Was greeted in the office & the work order was already prepared and tech was ready to bring the car in.
All tires were removed, new tires mounted, balanced and reinstalled within the hour. Tire pressures were set at car manufacturers recommended value.

“This was my first time using this garage service. I cant express enough how much I would recommend this business. John who inspected my car is super nice and explains things that were done to my car or need to be done very well. Only one tiny thing is, that might frustrate some is that I did call 3 times over two days to make an appointment with no answer. It was not a problem for me because I just drove over there and made my appointment that way. John was super nice with me doing it that way. so that would be my suggestion if you cant get a hold of them by phone. And in no way am I complaining, just explaining that I did notice how busy they are. So to me that is a good sign that it is a great place to do business with. Now for me especially! with my Lil ol red rocket being almost an antique some garages won't even look at her. Highly recommend.”

“My truck acted up last night pulling a travel trailer and I barely made it to our destination. Made some calls in the am with no luck and on the recommendation of a local auto parts store, I went right over to see if The Blue Ball Garage could help me out. I met the mechanic Doug and explained the issue I was having and the codes the truck displayed. He said he'd order the part in and if I could bring it back today at noon, he could get me running right again. True to his word, I got there early and he took my truck in right away in and back to me in 25 minutes. Back in business on a holiday no less! The shop and waiting area were meticulously kept, the folks there were friendly, and the bill was very reasonable! I highly recommend them if you need automotive service!”
