“This was one of my best detailing experiences!! My original detailed bailed on me last minute and we were going away on vacation the next day. First they offered to do it early morning the day we were due to leave and even send two guys! They were able to fit us in the day before and let me just say, Brian was AMAZING!! Thorough, polite, considerate and excellent attention to detail! My car looks brand new and it is 10 years old! Cannot recommend them enough!”

“Took two cars here to get the interior cleaned and outside washed - one of which haven’t been detailed/deep cleaned in the entire 7 years we’ve owned it - Mike did a great job - he’s a great guy and will take good care of you. Just a heads up, he’s cash only (I kinda knew that, but didn’t see it listed anywhere) - so just be prepared. Otherwise, our cars look and feel brand new.”

“Britain One Stop has literally everything you could need. The gentleman who owns it has put his blood sweat and tears into making this store unique! From the outside it may just look like a Gas station, however you can get a little bit of everything here! It’s so convenient- they recently put in an entirely new Car Wash from top to bottom, a Private Cigar room featuring only the high end cigars to start off your weekend with, Drinks for all ages, last minute house hold items, the late night item that you can’t get because the grocery store is closed, the sugary snack your teen has been bugging you for, EVERY KIND IF VAPE PRODUCT OUT THERE!! If there is something you frequently are looking for- just ask. The gentleman is more than happy to help you! My kids wanted some flavor of PRIME and he had it ordered! This store has been thriving in New Britain & it’s always busy!!”

“Had a great experience here. They had my car a bit longer than I had planned but it was raining and they wanted to make sure everything was dry before they took it outside which I really appreciate. I haven’t had my car professionally detailed in over 8 years and it was a mess. They made it look, smell, and feel completely brand new inside and out. It feels nice to drive again. Fantastic experience.”

“I’ve been really impressed with the changes with Flagship since the new management took over. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, and the staff consistently does a great job. Evan B went above and beyond for me, definitely a step up from the previous management. The site looks fantastic and the new amenities are a huge improvement too, the clean towels, glass cleaner, mat cleaners, and the skinny vacuum nozzles are all great and make it much easier to get the car completely cleaned inside and out. The back of the car could’ve been dryer but other than that the wash itself does an excellent job, and overall Flagship has been a major upgrade from the previous Pete’s Express. Definitely recommend!”

“Rich and Nate worked miracles fixing our loop sensors. Our wires for the pulse sensor were really messed up, not even sure how they worked for so long. We have an old system without any manuals, so to be able to fix it was truly a miracle. Thanks, Rich and nate, again for not giving up. It's truly refreshing to know that we have great people in this hard industry.”

“THANK YOU, SIRI! I asked Siri for the directions to a soft cloth car detailing shop near me. Siri asked me if I would like the directions to 215 Auto Spa? I never heard of this business, but it was 10 minutes away and I was determined to get my car - not kinda cleaned- but showroom quality cleaned. I had become frustrated with paying for expensive detailing packages at large detailing chains, just to get in my car and still see dirt on my mats, dust on my console and finger prints on my windows. I became tired of asking, "Did you remember the wax & wheels?" Because my tires & rims looked plain and my car's body lacked "That shine." Well, I am happy to report that 215 Auto Spa did NOT disappoint! I scheduled with the owner, Mr. Julius (who was very nice and accommodating) by phone -who scheduled me with TONY who made my car look like it came straight from the showroom floor! Sparkling inside & out! :) He even buffed out the couple of small scratches -which saved me a trip to the dealership. FYI: Its a no frills shop. No visible signage. By appointment because they spend hours detailing your vehicle. (I dropped off at 3:30 pm, picked up at 5:30 pm). I will DEFINITELY go back!”

“I met Ricardo on the street while he was working. I asked for a card. I texted immediately to set up a time to detail my suv. He texted back. He was available right away. I had a tee time. I left Ricardo the keys and the cash in the suv. I come back…wow the suv looks amazing. Shiny inside and out as the day I bought it. You can trust him. He will make you believe!!This man is kind, trustworthy, and very good at his job. Amazing!”

“The lines are normally pretty crowded but it moves at an incredible pace. This reminds me of a retro car wash. There are so many lights and bubbles as you go through. The kids love it. I like how you can get a simple wash for your car all the way up to a more detailed wash. It's always best to go for the top wash - it's $18 and you get air fresheners to go with it. You have to vacuum and wipe down the inside of your vehicle yourself and they have vacuums on sight. If you have the time for that, then that is great. However, if you don't have time for vacuuming and wiping surfaces then it's almost like you have a half cleaned vehicle. Nevertheless, the bang for the buck is there and I would use this for the purposes that I need it for.”
