They practice traditional and alternative medicine. The doctors here are knowledgeable, affable, attentive, and are suggestive but not forceful in anyway. It’s also nice to have a doctor praise you for the decisions you make for your child’s health. That was a first for me!

“I have been with the practice for years. Each provider I have seen has been knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Dr. Norden is communicative and expresses concern and is nice. She will try to help you as best she can and try to get you in when she can. Dr. Kennedy is delightful. They will try to get you in for a sick visit as soon as they can; they try to accommodate you as best they can. And I genuinely feel that they care. Primary care is a tough discipline; they handle it with grace.”
“I can't say enough to recommend Stephanie Rizzo CRNP to all. On our first meeting, she diagnosed my life-threatening condition of pulmonary embolisms after two doctors during the previous 4 days dismissed or misdiagnosed the blood clots. She arranged for an immediate catscan within the hour after which I was walked to the emergency room and stayed in the ICU for 3 days. It affected my heart and I was halfway to cardiac arrest. She saved my life literally.
She listens and treats the whole patient. She showed concern and was motivated to get to the root of the symptoms. She followed up and connected me to the appropriate specialists and personally tracked those results as well. Thorough, inquisitive, and creative makes her a unique caretaker.”

“Doctor Kress is the best!!! I love this man as my DR. Unfortunately I can't afford to keep seeing him after 35 years because he joined up with MDVIP. Now that might be good for him I understand , but for a stuggleing retired mailman , it just wasn't worth the money for me! I "m sad to lose Dr. Kress !!”

The scheduler on the phone (I think her name was Andrea or Adrian) was professional, super nice, patient and very helpful. She helped me pick a PCP that was accepting new patients and one that wasn't book out until next year. Thanks for your assistance.”
“Dr.Joanna S Kusmirek is a great doctor I will tell my family and friends about her she help my mom when the other doctors office didn't. Only one thing I didn't like about the office is the the nurse that took my mom to the room was very nasty and walk out the room on us they need to teach her how to talk to people and not have a attitude people are coming there because they're sick and the last thing they need is a nasty nurse making the patient feel worst with her nasty disposition.”

It has a cozy, residential vibe that does not feel like an impersonal clinical setting which immediately makes me feel relaxed. Marissa Patterson, NP is the bee's knees. She's an absolute gem who has seen me through some major medical events with care and knowledge.”
“I went in twice in the past month. One for an IUD placement with Dr Booher and Natalie and one for a Colposcopy with Dr Davis and Evy. The doctors are great! Talked me through both procedures and calmed my fears along the way. The medical assistants were both amazing and attentive. I appreciate the patience and understanding I received from all of these women. My wait time has never been too long and everyone including front desk and the team had been respectful and polite.”
“I have been a patient of Abington Jeffferson Health and Dr. Tracey Roesing for over twenty years. I have seen the office go through some changes, but honestly, I've NEVER experienced any disrespect or mistreatment by any staff member or doctor at this location. Several years ago, the phone system was terrible, and the wait times to speak to someone was horrendous. Since the phone upgrade, I've havent experienced any issues with unanswered calls or long wait times.
Over my twenty years as a patient, I have seen the demographic shift.
The office is now more inclusive. There is diversity in the medical staff, office administration and patient population. In my opinion, a lot of the negative reviews are coming from patients who do not appreciate diversity. Those patients are accustomed to a homogeneous environment, solely representing non-POC.
Those baised patients are negative. They give of nasty energy when speaking to the office staff, so you get what you give. It's incredibly arrogant to expect the hard-working staff to accept verbal abuse from narrow-minded people.
The administration staff has always accommodated me and has completed school forms for my son (also a patient), in a timely manner.The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. The physicians follow-up with phone calls regarding test results.
I have a chronic condition, which requires an occasional ER visit. When I call Jefferson Health with a medicalemergency, the on-call doctor immediately responds to me, AND calls the ER to give them a heads up, significantly reducing my triage wait time
I have been very pleased with Abington Jeffferson Health for my primary care.”

“I have been going here for 15 years and always received quality care but today I had a visit with Dr. Weiss and his bedside manner is unmatched. He was very patient with me and was not dismissive of my concerns. He really put me at ease and gave me a referral for follow up care. I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment for today.”
“Sometimes it’s difficult to get someone on the phone, but it’s worth the wait. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and have seen many of the doctors; I have no complaints. Dr. Litman was my first PCP here - Dr. Ibrahem took over when he left. Unfortunately for me, she left after completing her residency so I was unsure if I wanted to continue coming back to establish relationships with doctors just for them to keep leaving. But I’m glad I decided to stay because Dr. Quader is phenomenal and I highly recommend seeing her. She listens, she cares, and she will do whatever she possibly can to help. Also, Stephanie is incredible at getting prior authorizations handled and making sure patients have access to the medications they need.I’ll take the long wait time on the phone any day of the week before I venture elsewhere. They’re busy because they’re good at what they do.”
