Einstein Ob/Gyn at Wayne Avenue provides good and wonderful care. The doctors are great, awesome, and friendly, talking patients through procedures and calming fears. The medical assistants are amazing, attentive, and the staff is respectful and polite. The environment is great and the location is clean with parking. Patients feel heard and appreciate the patience and understanding. A noted issue is difficulty reaching anyone via phone, as calls are often not answered. Wait times, however, are typically not too long.
The people at the front desk never answer and if they do it’s very ghetto. I’ve been trying to reach my obgyn for two months with no success. It’s horrible

The care that I receive here is always good. My only issue is I can never reach anyone via phone when I need to. I need information to get a procedure done but no one ever answers the phones here or the primary practice next door. They need to hire someone just to take calls if the receptionist can't handle it.

I love coming to this location. They have parking, and the place is clean. Most importantly they provide a wonderful service The doctors and staff were friendly as well.
