“I called awhile back about an HSA reimbursement and was told confidently that as long as I have my reciept to come on in. Finally had a day to stop in and my issue turned out to be very uncommon. The Branch Manager Brian Stone came right out to help and we went back to his office along with another employee to train how to do it. I wasn't getting the simplistic answer I think I expected when I was recommended to call the insurance company or the Health Care provider because they were unsure how to do it. I assumed they would pull up the account, document the two medical invoices, and pay back in cash? HSAs just arent as simple as that. Brian went above and beyond to find a solution himself without delegating to someone else. I was able to get reimbursed so it was no longer an out of pocket expense to me. Brian stepped up to the challenge, was calm and confident he would help even when I got alittle upset by the confusion. A true leader. Thank you!”

“I have got to tell you how great a help Amber at M&T bank in Rouzerville PA has been to me and my family. My father passed away in September 2023, which was difficult already, but then my sister, who is a specialist doctor at a major hospital as well as a mother of two little kids, and who lives halfway across the country, had to take on the additional task of executor of his estate. She has had absolutely no time to spare to do things like travel repeatedly to PA, which at first we thought was going to be necessary to close out his account and his safe deposit box. There seemed to be a lot of documents and red tape involved. Amber, who has years of experience with M&T, worked out a way to streamline this whole process so that my sister only has to come in once and get everything done same day. Amber also said we should contact her again if there is any way she can help move this whole process along. I am just floored and grateful for Amber's extensive knowledge, quick thinking and friendly helpfulness!”
