“Craig was awesome this morning! I needed to put oil in my Mini and I couldn’t get the cap loose on the car. He came out and helped and then poured the oil in as well so I didn’t have to do it in my work clothes. Every time I’ve gone in here the staff has been very friendly and incredibly helpful! My husband usually does all the car stuff so it’s refreshing to have knowledgeable and friendly staff available to assist when I need to.”

“My poor Subaru was rear ended a couple weeks ago. I took it to Bush Collision after someone recommended them to me. The whole team there is top notch! They are friendly, communicate throughout the process, took care of uploading the pics for the insurance company, and did a great job of following up with them for approval. Everything was fixed and they washed and cleaned the inside of my car (BONUS!). I highly recommend Bush Collision if you need any body work.”

Tamara was an absolute pleasure to worth with up front. She was sweet, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She would call with weekly updates too, which was such a nice touch. Zach is a masterclass of a dude. He completed the job (had to have a whole door and fender replaced) perfectly and worked with me a ton. Not only was this all reasonably priced, but it was rather quick for the amount of labor involved- and completed without sacrificing the quality of the job at all. “I recently purchased a car entirely online and had it shipped to my home. My salesperson was Scott, and this was the smoothest car purchase I've ever made. Scott was quick with communication, answered all my questions, and made the process smooth and painless. No high pressure gimmicks, hidden fees, etc. He was personable and great to deal with.

“I had a tree branch fall on the side panel of my car and took it into Brandywine Auto Body for repair as a first timer and they exceeded expectations. Jay helped navigate two insurance plans, one for the branch damage and a separate supplemental plan to help replace my key fob and scuffed tire. I picked it up yesterday and it looks like a brand new car - they went the extra mile to scuff out any residual marks I had from living in Philly for the past couple of years, vacuumed and cleaned the inside, and even set a date for me to come back and get my car waxed at no additional charge. I highly recommend.”

Everything was handled professionally, as they did a wonderful job on my car, they checked in with me on progress reports and gave me an estimate when my car would be ready. “Dan did a great job on installing a CSF intercooler, Cusco center power brace and rear brace on my GR Corolla.
The only thing was that there was a rattle after installation. Dan worked hard to pin point where it potentially came from, he was able to find one source which was the wrong push pins at locations around the engine cover plate, but there was still a rattle after that fix.
I later went to Toyota after I reached out to Dan and did not receive a response (this was around the July 4th weekend so it is possible that it was missed, I assume the best intentions here) and they identified it was a loose exhaust heat shield. They suspect it was because the center brace required loosening the center H bracket among other underbody panel bolts. Overall I had a good experience so this was definitely 5 stars as the installation was good just some light rattles. One point for improvement is better post-installation communication, that way I know whether to follow up or not.
I recommend Dan for installations for your GR Corollas just make sure to clarify the post-installation support.”
