“Craig was awesome this morning! I needed to put oil in my Mini and I couldn’t get the cap loose on the car. He came out and helped and then poured the oil in as well so I didn’t have to do it in my work clothes. Every time I’ve gone in here the staff has been very friendly and incredibly helpful! My husband usually does all the car stuff so it’s refreshing to have knowledgeable and friendly staff available to assist when I need to.”

“I recently took my 2022 F-150 Lightning to Badell’s, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Finding an EV-certified shop is not easy, and unlike Caliber Collision—who isn’t EV certified—Badell’s had the proper training, tools, and knowledge to handle my Lightning the right way.

Tamara was an absolute pleasure to worth with up front. She was sweet, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She would call with weekly updates too, which was such a nice touch. Zach is a masterclass of a dude. He completed the job (had to have a whole door and fender replaced) perfectly and worked with me a ton. Not only was this all reasonably priced, but it was rather quick for the amount of labor involved- and completed without sacrificing the quality of the job at all. “Me and Danyielle were shopping for a car. I inquired and Derrick responded right away within 10 minutes of our inquiry. He introduced himself like a professional.
He listened to us and he was more than aware that we knew what we wanted and we knew what we were talking about. Derick was not pushy. He listened. He explained what he did know and he was honest if he didn’t know something and then he discussed it with his managers, including Mark, who was also phenomenal. The whole transaction was great. There was constant communication, honesty, transparency, and again no pressure.
The negotiation was fair and firm. Both sides got what we wanted. Information on the car was readily available and more than enough to make an informed decision

Verone’s did an outstanding job fixing my bumper that was badly damaged on my 2012 Maxima. My car looks like new. I would definitely use Verones in the future. Additionally, they deduced $198.00 from the price as they did not have to repair the undercarriage. I am now keeping my car rather than purchase a new sedan. Excellent, professional and trustworthy shop.”
“Car turned out fantastic! They did a really good job making it look like the collision never happened. My only gripe would be that communication could’ve been a little better. I also work in customer service/sales so I know how important these customer satisfaction metrics can be and also that sometimes there is not necessarily an update to be had. I do appreciate everything they did for me though and again the car looks like new again!”
“The wheel flare molding on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee came off after the rear door heavily bumped into a wall on a windy day. We initially took the car to the Jeep dealership, where we were quoted around $200 for a brand-new OEM part and labor. Wanting to explore a more affordable option, we found Northeast Body Shop online and decided to check them out based on their excellent reviews—and they absolutely lived up to them.
The technician quickly understood our situation and offered a smart alternative: instead of replacing the entire molding (which was still in great shape), they sourced replacement clips for the ones that had broken and securely reattached the original part. To our surprise, they didn’t even charge us for the work.
This saved us a significant amount of money and proved their honesty, skill, and customer-first approach. They absolutely deserve their 5-star rating—if 10 stars were possible, they’d have earned them.”
