“Had my car in for inspection, tire rotation, air filter and cabin filter change. The staff were exceptional! Everyone has a great attitude and my car was taken in soon after I arrived. The cabin filter was brought out to show me what it looked like. I was shocked at the look of it. There was a lot of build up including leaves and etc. Advice to everyone have your cabin filter changed on a regular basis. I have taken my car to Flynn's several times now and recommend them to all.”

“This is surely one of the best experiences I've had amongst the many I've had at this particular facility. Everyone there is professional courteous and sincerely giving and helpful in every way. As a consumer it is nice to go to a place where you know that the owners and employees have your best interests in mind. Any questions that I have they always answer I literally trust them always knowing full well that they will deal with me honestly and fairly. Anytime I have any issue or question or even challenge this is where I go. They will always take the time to seek a solution to whatever your problem may be and if they don't have the answers they will find the answers but the funny thing is they always have the answers. “Perfect place to have my wife's car undercoated. It's a 2019 and not a spot of rust until I changed the oil this year. And suddenly its time to undercoat. Having taken my truck to the Delmont facility, I found the Monroeville site fit my schedule better. Same great service and outcome was beyond my expectations. Great staff and I could never such a good job. It's a messy job, but completely necessary if you want to keep your car for a long time. They cost so much, why not try to keep them rust free. Can't say enough about this but, it's a great place to get this job done at.”

“Absolutely 💯 incredible! I initially called for an appointment, but they took me right in for my car inspection. When I called for the appointment they were going to give me a car to drive back home while I waited, talking about going the extra mile. My inspection took no longer than 45 mins and everything went smooth. I moved to the area a little over 2 years ago and finally found a great shop!!!! “Great experience purchasing my 19 Kia Sorento. I made sure it was available before driving down as it was over 2hrs each way to look at the vehicle. Ryan White was very responsive in letting me know it was available. He reserved the vehicle for me to be sure I wouldn’t waste the drive. He came outside as soon as we arrived and went over the details over the vehicle. Went on a test drive on back roads as I hate Pittsburgh traffic! Went over all my preapproval payments and made sure I was comfortable where we would be with payments. He was very thorough with everything! Once he got us to financing he got my new car cleaned up and got us on the road! I would absolutely but from Jim Shorkey Kia again and ask for Ryan!!”

This is a small family owned business run by Larry & his Wife, Ricky and the other gentlemen whose name has slipped my mind (my apologies) are such a pleasure to work with as well. Not only is the entire team very friendly but they are damn good at what they do, Larry is a true craftsman who takes extreme pride in his work & went above and beyond my expectations with these repairs not only from the body work but the paint is perfectly matched on a nearly 20 year old car (which the certified BMW dealership couldn’t even do) and as a professional detailer I can greatly appreciate that skill. Asked for non MFG recommended oil, which they double checked with me to make sure that's what I really wanted. Boom, done. Got the car back. All the service reminders in the car reset. No trying to sell me anything. Appreciate that a lot. Constant text updates along the way explaining what was going on. No surprises. Nice. Brought my wife's car there a couple of weeks ago for similar services plus a wheel alignment and it was exactly the same experience.”
