“Stopped in to the Oley Post Office. Looking for post cards. They didn't have any, but had greeting cards for sale. Very friendly, courteous staff. Appreciate the small town post office and good service.”

“I called this office mistakenly thinking they were our branch (I needed Allentown, oops!) Whoever answered the phone was SO kind and attentive. She was incredibly knowledgeable and assisted me with my issue, and connected me to the proper channels to get it resolved. Thank you so much!”

“This is a friendly neighborhood post office. Don't let the 'small town feel' fool you though, they are knowledgeable and know how to get things done efficiently. Plus, the clerks behind this counter have aided me in saving money on more than one occasion!”

“I always enjoy going to the post office to ship items. Tom has always been helpful, pleasant and a pleasure to just have a small chat with while going through the process of getting the items ready to ship. I have had my kids in with me before and he’s pleasantly interacted with them and gave them coloring books which made their day. I love the small town feel of this PO and I don’t take my business anywhere else unless I absolutely have to. Thanks for all your help Mr. Tom!”

“I know most of the negative reviews of this post office are about unfriendly staff from a few years back. I have always been met with a smiling face and kindness when I go to this location since moving here 4 years ago. I would recommend this post office!”

“Went into this post office this morning to mail a paqckage. The clerk informed me that I had an incorrect address. After calling home, I realized she was right. I told her I'd return later and she was quite pleasant. When I returned, I got the parcel mailed. The clerk was very patient and considerate with me. I have never had a problem at this post office.”

“Nice small post office, rarely so busy you can be in and out in 5 mins. Good staff as well, very minimal parking out front on the street. A few more spots are available out back of the building.”

“I am surprised by the negative reviews so I felt compelled to leave my feedback. My daily mail carrier always greets me with a smile, very nice lady. There was one time ants had taken over the mailbox - after work I went down to spray them but to my surprise she had already taken care of them! The manager at the post office is professional and returns calls within hours. I once submitted a request online to get the status of a delivery. I actually received a personal phone call from that same manager asking me if I needed any more help.”
