“Amazing service and genuinely good ppl. If I lived In state this is where I would want to service my car. They went out their way to really find out what was wrong with my car an fixed it on the spot. I was super stressed trying to make in to a funeral a they got me on the road asap. Most shops would have charged me for a job I didn’t need but they were honest and kind. Great customer service. I can’t say enough good things bout them. They even told me to stop by on my way out of town to check on things.”

“I took my 2008 Chevy Cobalt SS to Automotive Excellence Inc. for a turbo oil line leak and an exhaust gasket leak. I had a vacation coming up and needed the work done quickly. Since my car is older and fairly uncommon, finding the right parts was tricky and caused a 2-week delay (due to supplier/shipping errors, not AE).
Throughout the process, Ted was extremely helpful, apologetic about the delays, and kept me updated every step of the way. He made sure I had my car back just in time for my trip.
During the trip, the exhaust gasket failed again due to incorrect bolt threads (an understandable issue with rare parts). When I returned, I brought a proper gasket and stud kit, and AE fixed it within a few days at no extra charge.
The staff were friendly, honest, and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate their communication and willingness to stand by their work. I’d absolutely recommend Automotive Excellence Inc.”
