Accidents happen, that’s true, and it’s a really painful and expensive process. But absolutely not in this case. They could not have been more accommodating and their work is top tier. My daughter’s car came back looking even better than when she bought it. I couldn’t recommend them more. 10/10 and I only wish I could give them more stars.”

The whole repair process was completed efficiently, and aside from a delay due to parts availability, was also on schedule. “Absolutely love this shop!! The owner Brian and the entire staff is so friendly and are honest about everything and treat you like they've known you forever. Just had my 2024 Hyundai Tucson in the shop this past month for bodywork I needed done after a fender bender and my car was done in a quick timely manner, only took a week and they did such a great job! My car looks brand new again They even washed The car afterwards I was so happy with the results when I went to pick it up. My uncle recommended this place to me as he's been going here for years and even though I live in Lancaster county I will definitely be more than willing to drive the extra distance to go back to this place for any body work or mechanical work I need done to my car in the future This is the only place I will go to now as I trust them wholeheartedly thank yous so much for taking care of my car and your great customer service!”

“We've had a leak coming from our van roof for awhile, and we found a rust hole near the 3rd brake light. They did a fantastic job with making sure everything was done right. From the quoting, to the communication in between(which is something I look for), to the finished product, I couldn't ask for better. Definitely be back for more repairs on our other vehicles at some point. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Great job guys.”

“Kulps is THE BEST local body shop! Kulps has handled body work on my car twice now and ALWAYS do an amazing job! They are thorough, have fair pricing, and are always very friendly. I reccomend them to anyone who needs any kind of dent removal or major body work done to their car. I trust them to the fullest degree. They even put red primer on after the body work so I wouldn't be driving around with big grey primer patches before I get the car fully painted. “If I could give more stars, I would. I stopped in because I was having issues with my bumper. I had previously stopped in at another local place and was told to have my husband help me....( how nice of that business...?) Jim wasn't rude to me like the other shop; he helped me out and got me back on the road feeling safe. I appreciated it more than I can express. There are still good people in this world. I'd definitely suggest visiting this business—you won't be disappointed with the professionalism and friendly service.

“My intermittent no start problem suddenly became permanent. Brigitte could not have been nicer making arrangements. Even tho they were full with apptments (always a sign of a good shop) they let me tow there and kept it until they could get to it, in only 2 days. They were able to diagnose and fix the 1st day they worked on it, for a very fair price. Thank you and looking forward to coming back.”
