After speaking with Jecinda, she took it upon herself to drive to another store and get the item for me. I picked the item up a day later. I didn't have any interactions with employees, but saw them interacting with other customers and it seemed to be going well. I used the self checkout and the process was painless.”

“Honestly, I had a pretty poor experience here when a truck rental reservation was cancelled by the store last minute. Customer service desk was not particularly helpful. However, Sean (a manager of some sort) worked his hardest to find us a suitable resolution. He went above and beyond in calling other stores to get us a truck rental. Good service and commitment to your work deserves to be appreciated.”
