“Absolutely love this shop!! The owner Brian and the entire staff is so friendly and are honest about everything and treat you like they've known you forever. Just had my 2024 Hyundai Tucson in the shop this past month for bodywork I needed done after a fender bender and my car was done in a quick timely manner, only took a week and they did such a great job! My car looks brand new again They even washed The car afterwards I was so happy with the results when I went to pick it up. My uncle recommended this place to me as he's been going here for years and even though I live in Lancaster county I will definitely be more than willing to drive the extra distance to go back to this place for any body work or mechanical work I need done to my car in the future This is the only place I will go to now as I trust them wholeheartedly thank yous so much for taking care of my car and your great customer service!”

“If I could give more stars, I would. I stopped in because I was having issues with my bumper. I had previously stopped in at another local place and was told to have my husband help me....( how nice of that business...?) Jim wasn't rude to me like the other shop; he helped me out and got me back on the road feeling safe. I appreciated it more than I can express. There are still good people in this world. I'd definitely suggest visiting this business—you won't be disappointed with the professionalism and friendly service.

“My intermittent no start problem suddenly became permanent. Brigitte could not have been nicer making arrangements. Even tho they were full with apptments (always a sign of a good shop) they let me tow there and kept it until they could get to it, in only 2 days. “Recently moved to a new location with more capabilities so the already excellent service is even better and the technical expertise is still top-notch! The new location allows more repairs to be done on location. More room, garages, and lifts allow more capability. The only danger with A&L Auto/Truck Repairs is the demands on his time as hes a very appreciated and skilled auto tech, but he manages expectations and his time well to get the work done in a timely manner. I trust what A&L Auto/Truck Repairs tells me. If they say that this needs to be fixed and at this price, then I know that's what needs to be done. Most of the time, I drop my vehicles off with a standing "do what needs done and let how much I owe" because I know Allen (the owner) will do it right. Stop looking and get your car to this shop.”

“Keith is a very reasonable guy. Does everything by the book. I got my inspection done and he found some issues that needed fixing. Mostly major rust. The price for labor wasn't bad considering the price of things like groceries.
I highly recommend taking your car there for inspections, you will get a real inspection done and leave with a better car because of it.”
“My car had a deer run into the side. The state police had it towed so the brought it to my place of business and dropped it off. The tow truck operator was friendly and didn't do further damage to the car. All around good service. Thank you!”
“Awesome customer service from the minute I called.Needed a rim that couldn't be located in NYC and these guys are awesome. Called on Friday couldn't make it out on Saturday but came Monday noon time and wheels were ready for pick up as promised. Didn't have to pay over the phone they had everything ready when i arrived. Would not mind to take another 3hr trip to do business here. Keep in mind the prices are way more than fair and they have a pick and pull in case you forget other needed parts. Thanks again Connor's you save my pockets from being empty.”

“Rick’s towing was great and so friendly. My car broke down right here on Main Street when I was trying to pick up my son from daycare. I was nervous and scared and Rick was able to come get my car right away! We towed it to Valley Auto and they were also great to work with! Hopefully I won’t need a tow again but if I do they will be who I use!”

“I was recently involved in an accident on 422 and the state trooper called these folks in. They winched my car out of a snow/ice filled median. Though it was no easy task, the two employees who assisted me were friendly and efficient. It was a terrible day but having one thing go right made a big difference!”
