“Always like Chico's. As expected, the store is well organized and sales staff is helpful without being a nuisance. The outlet stores carry mostly basics with a smattering of other pieces. For the full Chico's line, go to a regular (non-outlet) store.”

“As a previous J Crew associate years ago, I only shopped at their regular stores. The outlet has changed my mind and now I will only shop there! The clothing is of great quality with even better prices. They are almost constantly having some sort of store wide sale and always have a great sale section. The associates are always so helpful and most importantly greet you when you come in. This location is by far one of the best and a top favorite store in the entire outlet.”

“I go to Sephora in Kohl's all the time. CherylF is absolutely incredible. Her style of technique goes above and beyond. I always feel welcome when I come into the store. She keeps up with the trends, makeup and skincare. I wish it was more people like Cherylf. She is sweet, kind and she makes everyone feel most important.”

“This Old Navy is located in the Limerick Outlets. While I have a few Old Navy's that are closer to my house, I still stop in this one when I am shopping at the Limerick Outlets (which tend to be a few times a year). As with any Old Navy, I love the clothing and selection they have and I always seem to find something neat. This Old Navy is a great store and I always enjoy my visits to it.”

They loved that other people helped them but me. ?I have found that customers who leave bad reviews either went into the store trying to get something for near to nothing and didn't get their way or complain so they can get something for free. Shame on them!!We love this store!!”

“Ms. Lizzie made my day! Overwhelmingly nice and professional. Spoke with such a happy spirit about ppl and life. Accommodated my request and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and she was at the other end of the register. Store was clean. But don’t like the self serve fitting rooms - would be nice if someone was managing that with some level of customer service just for a better customer experience. Nonetheless banana is my favorite of all the gap brands. Thx”

“I made an online order and picked up in store- fantastic experience! They knew exactly what to check, handed over immediately AND they give a 50% off on any item in the store when you pick up, even sale items you can get for the bigger discount.The store was extremely organized and well set up. A huge clearance area for off season clothes in the back, a large sports section, large underwear options. This is a store that will offer a lot of options along with classics for plus sizes. I don't know if you get major outlet prices or options but it's a big store with plenty of stock to go through and quality at reasonable prices.”

“Since there’s a pandemic going on, and everything was closed, I had ordered a few things online I would need to return to work. Sadly, when I got my order everything was two sizes too big. I called all of my local Ann Taylor’s and sadly none of them were open for exchanges and in store shopping. Due back to work that day with nothing to wear, I called the factory store, and thankfully they were open for in store shopping! Since everything I ordered was an “online exclusive” needing exchange, I knew I’d need something TODAY. This location is an hour away from me, however I was determined to get what I needed for work. On my way there I realized I’d be cutting it close getting to work on time, and I quickly called the store to explain my situation. Christie, the woman on the phone was so friendly and helpful! I told her my best guess at size and what I was looking for.Upon arrival I was met with smiling faces. Christie had everything set up in the dressing room for me so that I could be in and out. Since I wasn’t too sure on my size, she had pulled everything in two sizes for me to try and I had plenty to work with. On limited time, I got to undressing. Christie checked on me to make sure everything was satisfactory, and once I figured out my size she grabbed the things I wouldn’t be needing and brought a couple of different styles for me to try. I quickly found my favorites and proceeded to check out. When I looked at the total I was pleasantly surprised! I was in such a hurry, I had missed all the signs upon entry about their 70% off storewide!In conclusion my whole experience couldn’t have been better. Even though this is not the closest Ann Taylor to me I will definitely be returning to this location! Thanks again Christie I appreciate you : )”
