“If you're ever in need of vehicle repairs, (from a collision, etc.), I would highly recommend Caliber Collision, on Meadow Street, in Pittsburgh. Location was convenient; coordination with my insurance company and the local car rental dealer, were seamless. Car rental location even picked me up from Caliber, to obtain a rental vehicle. Customer service/ office staff, (Kayla, Bonnie and Michelle), were all very pleasant and efficient. Service Advisor Kevin was very polite and professional. Caliber kept me updated with periodic texts, regarding the vehicle's status, (really appreciated that). Vehicle was actually completed prior to the anticipated due date. Repairs were very well done; vehicle looked like it had never been damaged. Vehicle was returned cleaned, inside and out; almost looked brand new. Would highly recommend.”

“Edited after 7 years. These guys used to be reliable and honest shop but I think the age is getting to them. Now they're Dishonest and extremely Rude. No waiters for drop off service because you don't like to feel rushed? The only thing they're good at is alignments. Everything else go literally anywhere you'll have a better experience. I've had better experiences and prices at pep boys.”
“Brought my car to be fixed after an accident. They worked with the persons insurance quickly and were able to get an estimate and the fixed in the span of about a week. Dan was very good at communicating about the car and they worked seamlessly with the Enterprise up the street and Nationwide to help get my rental car dropped off. Fixed car in less than a week too. 12/10 recommend.”

“I have taken my vehicle to Rutledge twice now and have been pleased both times. These guys figured out my A/C issues where other mechanics could not. The dealership couldn’t even figure out why the A/C was intermittently shutting off. I should have brought it here from the beginning. Then I brought it back after an accident for body work. They are honest and do good work. I drive 45 minutes to bring my car here but I will never take it anywhere else again”

However, when I first met my wife, being from out of the area I needed a reliable place to take my vehicles to for the sort of things that were out of my scope (or could not find the time for). My wife and a majority of her family all frequented Laurel and I have been going there ever since.

Aside from doing solid work with very personable staff, you just can't put a price on honesty when it comes to things like more expensive repairs that you may, or MAY NOT need.”

They restored my vehicle to perfection after a collision with a deer that caused significant damage to the front passenger side and bent the passenger door. They also made dealing with my insurance company a breeze.
What truly sets this shop apart is the staff - they were extremely communicative throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and completed the repairs quickly and efficiently.
