“I don’t write reviews much but feel like this place deserves one. They got me in for an estimate only a few days after I got into a car accident and completed repairs in less than a week. They were even done a week sooner than they originally predicted. Made my rental process easy, insurance was a breeze. Jesse was great - communicative and straightforward. The woman at the front desk (I forget her name) was very sweet and super helpful. The team that worked on my car did a remarkable job. They even detailed the inside and outside, which I wasn’t expecting. John’s memory is being honoured by the team working here. Very grateful. Very satisfied.”
“Brought my car to be fixed after an accident. They worked with the persons insurance quickly and were able to get an estimate and the fixed in the span of about a week. Dan was very good at communicating about the car and they worked seamlessly with the Enterprise up the street and Nationwide to help get my rental car dropped off. Fixed car in less than a week too. 12/10 recommend.”
“Laurel Auto Body just saved me nearly $500.I took my car somewhere else to be inspected, and they told me the reason my car was rattling was the rear shocks, and asked for $500+ to fix them.I took my car to Laurel Auto Body instead, and they figured out the issue was just that a bolt needed replaced, and only charged about $40 for the fix.”

They restored my vehicle to perfection after a collision with a deer that caused significant damage to the front passenger side and bent the passenger door. They also made dealing with my insurance company a breeze.
What truly sets this shop apart is the staff - they were extremely communicative throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and completed the repairs quickly and efficiently. “I was told not to share the secret of Brunner's garage by the owner, Mike and his receptionist (grand-daughter), for fear of the garage being over run by customers when I said that this wonderful garage should be advertised on the 'Internet and TV. I stumbled upon this gem through Duke's Tires a couple of blocks away in SouthSide. I was in and out of the garage even though Brunner's was short employees just for the day. Now that's professionalism with a 'neighborhood touch'!!!”
