“My experience with Romi was great! He took the time to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He showed me how to wrap my saree and even recorded it, so I would be able to refer back to it when it was time for me to wrap it myself. The only thing I would suggest is, if you buy bracelets to go with your outfit, make sure each different type of bracelet in the set fits. I only tried on one type before I bought them and once I was getting ready for my event, that one type was the only one that fit. So, out of about 40 bracelets in the set, I was only able to wear 4 of them. Other than that my experience was amazing!! Romi was very kind and professional!!”
“Rather than go with the big box tuxedo rental (Black Tux, Men’s Warehouse, etc), I decided to go to Joseph Orlando for my and my groomsmen’s wedding suits and we could not have been happier! From the very beginning, Joseph Orlando was receptive to the idea and worked through the different options and the best way to get us all measured and tailored so we were looking sharp. He even worked with multiple members of the wedding party that lived half the country away to ensure they got a perfect suit for our big day. I can’t thank him and the store enough, they were great to work with and we all ended up with a great looking new suit rather than the sloppy rentals from the big box stores. “I am very happy that I went into BFF in Etna, PA. I have rode by the shop many times before but never had a need to go in and explore. My daughter started baton twirling and this was the perfect place to go to order her baton. I received a prompt return call and had flexibility with scheduling my measurement appointment. The shop was clean and organized with beautiful dance decor. I was greeted immediately and made to feel very welcomed! The owner was extremely personable and very appreciative for my business! She took time to properly measure my daughter for her new baton. She even allowed my curious child to explore around the shop while answering her many questions. The ordering process was easy. “I meandered into Dr. Tumblety’s on a whimsy and was absolutely blown away. First I was welcomed with an introduction to the stores namesake and then given a tour of a few up and coming additions including a beautiful distillery and a speakeasy called The Storyville Lounge. The speakeasy was incredibly curated with beautiful vintage decor meticulously collected. I enjoyed their Sazerac and felt transported into a different time. This is an absolutely unique and welcoming hidden gem that deserves the main stage in Pittsburgh”
“Great new place in Pittsburgh! I stopped by for a coffee before my Sunday motorcycle ride and had an excellent time there. Both Jason and Lauren were very welcoming, the t-shirt I bought from them was great, and the coffee was excellent. I loved the ambiance as the space was inviting, open and nicely designed.”

“I have had a blank Pittsburgh Penguins jersey since 2019 that I have been wanting to get a name and number sewn onto. After finding out that Pro Knitwear is the official customizer for the Penguins' actual teams jerseys, I decided to send them my jersey to get it professionally customized. I was helped by Noah who walked me through the steps to send them my jersey. The turnaround time was about a month and a half, and the jersey came out great! The final cost was $130, which I felt was fair for the quality of work that they did. If you have a Penguins jersey that you want customized, I would highly recommend reaching out to Pro Knitwear to do your jersey too!”

What continues to draw me back though is Becky. Becky is always friendly and ready to be your personal shopper. She gives amazing advice and is quick to make suggestions that she thinks will enhance your look. I also appreciate her honest if she thinks an outfit may look better in another color or fit. People pay big money to have someone like Becky. When I'm there it's like I'm shopping with my best friend. The awesome thing is I've watched Becky in action and she is like this with each and every customer. I love her positive, happy, cheerful excitement for fashion. She can always tell you how and what to wear with it if you need suggestions. She takes one look and can tell you the vibe of the outfit. “This Rally House store sells fan merchandise for local sports teams such as the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins, Pirates, and Panthers. This store had a particular Steelers jersey in stock when other stores did not have it. The jersey had a good quality and a fair price. The employees did not make any mistakes with processing my transaction or with packaging the jersey.”

“Wonderful lab. Very small and intimate feel but every employee I've talked to has been super nice and they always go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience and the scans and development is always great. Best I've got from any local lab. And their film prices are wayyy cheaper than any other photo store I've been too. (But still a bit above internet pricing, but what can you do). I trust them completely with all my film dev and know it's going to be great every time. Also their support rules cuz I had to reach out via email about some order changes and they not only easily remedied it but also answered me on a day the store was supposed to be closed! Above and beyond!”
