“We started off at the Original Mattress Factory. The man over there said hi and that was pretty much it. We liked one of the mattresses over there but wanted to look around more. We then made our way to Mattress Firm and were greeted by Symone. She was great! She stayed with us the whole time and explained everything in detail while taming my two year old while we tried out the mattresses. Tom C., and Luke, were so careful in measuring the custom banquette, provided a range of options (trim, cushion firmness and thickness, to attach or not to attach). They were so clearly knowledgeable I was happy to get their advice. The end result is absolutely perfect and really, really comfortable. The whole process was terrific. Went there on a sunny day to allow for easy sunshine on the way in and the way out...it is a windowless tour once inside. Cudos to the workers and their ability to stay happy, engaging, and frugal. Seek and you might find something you like in this store or outside the store.”
