“My dad has been a long time customer with Dan and Jim and needless to say, I understand why as they came through in the clutch. They listened to my issue, told me to bring it in as it was most likely fixable (I was about to throw away my higher end Sony from 4 years ago). Full transparency, they charge a reasonable fee to diagnose the problem (in the realm of $59) and if they can fix the issue, they subtract that from the total. I understand why they do this and think it is a fair practice. They ordered the part and we were off and running a few weeks later (length of time due to it being over Christmas). Fantastic service, knowledgeable, and honest family run business.”
“Love Target but holy crap this store was a mess and in absolute shambles, I had to immediately walk out it gave me so much anxiety, i get the holidays but dang, I feel so bad for the associates here having to clean this up, shoppers let’s do better please — can we not leave the store like this??”

“I worked there for 7 years, and was legitimately terminated for my own issues. So I think this 5-star review carries additional weight. They make a concentrated effort to sell the best quality merchandise at the lowest possible price. Their Customer Service analyzes and addresses all buyer feedback, both positive and negative, and takes appropriate action. right on up to the top of the command chain. They take every measure to ensure that their on-line listings are accurate and not misleading. I've never known anything about this online retailer to be shady or questionable.”

“Yoan Really Helped Me Out When I Was Stressing About My IPhone Not Working and I Just Spent $669 On It The Same Day. I Came Back The Next Day Because Nothing Would Load Then He Fixed It For Me. Mind You, Yoan Was Still Learning and He Fixed The Problem For Me. I Would Suggest Him To Anyone. There Are Some Things I’m Skeptical About As In They Won’t Give A Receipt and The I Wasn’t Told About The Insurance Of The Phone Until After I Purchased. Just Be Careful .”

They didn't try to upsell us or play games with pricing. Fair pricing that includes delivery and haul-away. They deliver on time and are fantastically helpful. They also service what they sell. I'll never go back to a big box store to buy anything that David's sells.”
“What can I say but this store looks to be on the up and up as my wife and I made the mistake of switching to a competitor and were desperate to come back after 8 months. We came in there asking all kinds of questions and they had a couple options. We even asked about home internet and Anna and Louis both had lots of information to help us make the best decision for our unique situation. Anna stayed late the next day to get our phones ported and if all goes well I will post a follow up when our reimbursement comes in and first couple bill cycles. Some hoops to jump through, but it all seems worth it.”

“Kind of dingy and run down like many 7-Elevens. I try to avoid them. Bathroom was kind of a disgrace. Music inside was way too loud. I didn’t see anyone behind the counter while I was there. In fact I did not see an employee anywhere. But it’s 4 Stars because I had to go to the bathroom and it’s 1AM Christmas Day and this place was actually open.”
