“This Cricket location is by far the best in the business. I have dealt with other service providers like Verizon, however the service Cricket provides is exceptional. The prices are reasonable & the customer service I receive ALWAYS exceeds my expectations. This location on W Allen St though will always be my go to for in person customer service. The ladies there are very kind, nice, & informative. I have never had a bad experience at this location & I always leave feeling that they went above & beyond my expectations. I would personally like to give recognition to Jessica, who is always the one who has helped me. Also Tee & Holly, who has also been there to welcome me & make me feel like a part of the Cricket Family. Last but not least, Gary the GM was there during 1 of my visits & even he stepped in to go above & beyond to help me out because my son had broken his phone & he could see the importance that was needed in replacing his phone. They helped my son get a new phone & also stay within my budget to do so. “Store was clean and orderly. Staff was very friendly. Went to check out the clearance racks and they did not disappoint. Found several tiny vinyls on clearance for $4.50 a piece. We go weekly, and theres always something different. Great store in my opinion.”
“3.9 is definitely not appropriate. 5 stars all the way. The team they have goes above and beyond, they are not pushy about anything — they let the product and service sell annd speak for itself. Happy to be able to save almost $900 a year from Verizon. Jhevaughn was incredibly patient as was Kalfani. Great personalities and meant to be customer facing individuals. Hire more people like these two. Don’t let the low star deter you, they know what they are doing!”

“I worked there for 7 years, and was legitimately terminated for my own issues. So I think this 5-star review carries additional weight. They make a concentrated effort to sell the best quality merchandise at the lowest possible price. Their Customer Service analyzes and addresses all buyer feedback, both positive and negative, and takes appropriate action. right on up to the top of the command chain. They take every measure to ensure that their on-line listings are accurate and not misleading. I've never known anything about this online retailer to be shady or questionable.”

“I go to many 7-11 locations and the S. 4th st location is one I use almost every day. The employees are extremely hard workers very friendly and the store is always clean and fresh coffee no matter the time I arrive. By far the best one in Allentown that I go to. The workers are fast and extremely professional there they really do work hard trying to take care of everyone and the weekends some not so nice people show up and the employees are still professional and try to take care of everyone as quickly as possible.”

I had the absolute best experience at Aaron’s, and it is all thanks to Penny, the store manager. She is incredibly honest, professional, and just a breath of fresh air. Before I committed to a washer and dryer set, she gave me some incredibly genuine advice. She was so real with me that I actually decided against getting that specific set—and honestly, that kind of integrity is so rare these days. Instead of just trying to make a quick sale, she truly cared about what was best for me.
She worked with me closely on the other pieces I wanted, and I am totally in love with everything I got! She went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and painless.

Frequently shop here, the night crew is awesome (Manami) has great customer service skills as well as the other two gentlemen, the morning crew, tho not the same it’s a mom n daughter that work and have very very poor customer service skills. I think they choose not to treat all equal. I’m sorry I don’t speak Spanish but neither does American currency. “First, I do not understand how there can be ANY ratings less than 5 Stars for this T-Mobile store. Some people can NEVER be satisfied...sort of like my mother. You could give her a million friggin' dollars, and she'd find something to complain about. Anyway...if you're a T-Mobile customer - or thinking of becoming a T-Mobile customer (which I HIGHLY recommend) - THIS is the store to visit - South Mall, Lehigh St, Allentown, PA. If you're within 500 miles of this location, it would be well worth the trip to drive to Allentown. Frances R went above and beyond the call of duty to absolutely make sure we did not leave the store until she was able to painfully, but successfully complete an extremely challenging transaction trying to port a number over to my T-Mobile account from a less-than-honorable competing carrier that makes it excruciatingly difficult to do so...I won't mention that carrier's name, but it begins with the letter 'A'. You can figure out the rest fairly easily. I cannot praise Frances enough for her knowledge, skill and ability to accomplish this most difficult task under non-ideal circumstances, a task that other retailers were unable to do - or even attempt. Moreover, EVERY one of the staff worked synergistically to assist each other when technical issues or glitches arose with any customer, jumping in to help out and resolve problems without skipping a beat. Just a truly refreshing, and increasingly RARE experience to observe in retail these days. All of this, of course, is orchestrated by Jodi, the confident, experienced, and always helpful manager. This store is beyond fabulous, the staff is absolutely wonderful, helpful, friendly and personable, and treatment such as this is the very reason I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for 20 years! This is most definitely a case where a simple 'thank you' can never be enough. You guys are GREAT!”

“I come here every morning for coffee although there are closer options. I have never had any problems and I come here pretty much every morning for 2 years. The only unpleasant experiences are because of rude CUSTOMERS. The owner is none of the things that others claim him to be. Some of these comments seem to be getting these same rude customers. He's a no nonsense type of guy that sets boundaries with rude customers in a professional and assertive manner. Don't listen to the negative comments as I have seen what he deals with on 3rd shift”

Mind You, Yoan Was Still Learning and He Fixed The Problem For Me. I Would Suggest Him To Anyone. There Are Some Things I’m Skeptical About As In They Won’t Give A Receipt and The I Wasn’t Told About The Insurance Of The Phone Until After I Purchased. Just Be Careful .”
