“My dad has been a long time customer with Dan and Jim and needless to say, I understand why as they came through in the clutch. They listened to my issue, told me to bring it in as it was most likely fixable (I was about to throw away my higher end Sony from 4 years ago). Full transparency, they charge a reasonable fee to diagnose the problem (in the realm of $59) and if they can fix the issue, they subtract that from the total. I understand why they do this and think it is a fair practice. They ordered the part and we were off and running a few weeks later (length of time due to it being over Christmas). Fantastic service, knowledgeable, and honest family run business.”

They make a concentrated effort to sell the best quality merchandise at the lowest possible price. Their Customer Service analyzes and addresses all buyer feedback, both positive and negative, and takes appropriate action. right on up to the top of the command chain. They take every measure to ensure that their on-line listings are accurate and not misleading. I've never known anything about this online retailer to be shady or questionable.”

“Dan's Sound Room is a real asset for folks living in the Lehigh Valley who may be looking to add classic audio into their lives. Store is so cool, a trove of greatness, well stocked selection of awesome equipment at good prices. Dan's is *that* place to meditate over audio-related decisions including what amplifier to get, how to re-introduce cassette decks back into one's rig, and more. Listen before you buy? Definitely. I got a wonderful pair of JBL speakers, and a nice Sansui amp from Dan's and I can't wait to go back. Super cool vibes. This place should be on the bucket list of any audio enthusiast, or wannabe audiophile. Thanks Dan! Legend status.”

“I go to many 7-11 locations and the S. 4th st location is one I use almost every day. The employees are extremely hard workers very friendly and the store is always clean and fresh coffee no matter the time I arrive. By far the best one in Allentown that I go to. The workers are fast and extremely professional there they really do work hard trying to take care of everyone and the weekends some not so nice people show up and the employees are still professional and try to take care of everyone as quickly as possible.”

Frequently shop here, the night crew is awesome (Manami) has great customer service skills as well as the other two gentlemen, the morning crew, tho not the same it’s a mom n daughter that work and have very very poor customer service skills. I think they choose not to treat all equal. I’m sorry I don’t speak Spanish but neither does American currency. I work hard for my money and can choose to spend it wherever I want, honestly just want to be treated equal and fair she definitely needs more D.E.I training Diversity Equity Inclusion”

The only unpleasant experiences are because of rude CUSTOMERS. The owner is none of the things that others claim him to be. Some of these comments seem to be getting these same rude customers. He's a no nonsense type of guy that sets boundaries with rude customers in a professional and assertive manner. Don't listen to the negative comments as I have seen what he deals with on 3rd shift”

“Wilder Perez is the golden standard of customer service. I had a close friend recommend Wilder to me to help with a simple question regarding my cell phone bill. Little did I know, a few weeks later I would be contacting him asking if there was anything he could do as my phone number was compromised. Wilder not only took my phone call, but remained with me for over 2 hours on the phone while I worked with other Verizon support staff to resolve my issue.
