One of my dogs is very anxious, and the team takes great care of him. My other has been sensitive to shampoo/conditioner products, and I appreciate the variety of options available and the attention to finding something that works for her.

Our chow Sandy had a dental with 11 teeth removed…much needed! We plan on switching the rest of our crew over as well! One important factor I love is they require you to call when you arrive. I have a dog reactive lab so this will be a less stressful future visit for me and him! Great practice experience so far! Thank you for treating Sandy with all the care she deserves!

After spending all day dealing with a family emergency, Frosty Falls is the much needed cherry on top to make terrible day feel much better!

I will give it another chance but if it's overcooked a third time we're done coming here. And i was wondering why it was taking so long.... because they were over cooking it
