“This is a large, clean, quiet Bank. There were two tellers working. One was speaking to gentleman, perhaps the branch manager, and one other teller, who immediately greeted me and beckoned me to her window. She conducted my business quickly and professionally and was nice and friendly to boot. The couple times I've been here, it was always slow, but the tellers were quick. This KeyBank offers much of what others offer, such as life insurance and estate planning. As long as the staff are free, you apparently don't need an appointment. This Branch closes at 5 p.m. other branches hours differ, depending on location.”

“Mostly I do all my banking on the app.I have direct deposit setup, and basically all my transactions are through my debit.I don't go into the bank branch very much.However there are occasions when I do need to go in.When I go in they are always so friendly courteous and very helpful.I must say over the years when key Bank first started, this has improved substantially.When the merger took place into Key Bank, I was very unhappy.It was one problem after another.I complained multiple multiple times.There were constant issues.That was many years ago.Now it seems like they got things going smoothly.I got no complaints now.I do have to say, when I went down the light up night a couple of years ago I thought someone lifted my wallet.Only to find out they had scanned through my wallet and got my information.Before I knew it, my card was being used and I had no idea.I went to make a purchase and I had no money in my account.Called up Key bank, and they rectify the situation rather promptly.I got all my money back and a new debit card.I told them I wanted to press full charges for whoever did that.I have never heard anything since about it.So I do not know the outcome of that.By the way it's nice to know that I have Key Bank on my side.”

“Honestly not sure why this place was only given a 2.4 rating. I have been in here a few times with zero issues, but I also did not have any bizarre/rare occurrence that others seem to be having. I opened a business checking account with the Manager, Tim Lyon, and he was very amicable and helpful. The teller that took my inquiry was also very eager to help — immediately getting someone to help set up the account. This will be my branch of choice for the length of my stay in Bridgeville.”

“I’d like to bring attention to the bank manager “ Matt “ . I was upset about an issue I had and called corporate. Needless to say, my issue was unresolved. I went to the branch the next day and about a 2 hours later Matt called me, He was very polite and professional. I figured he wouldn’t remember me because I’m only in the bank a few times a month. I was wrong, he did remember me. He listen to the problem I had, was understanding and was able to come up with a resolution that really was above and beyond my expectations. Matt really made me feel like I was a valued customer. THANK YOU MATT!”
