It sounds small until I realized that something I mentioned in passing a few months ago was heard, noted and he followed through on reminding me! That call was less than 2 minutes but it was so pleasant that I had to leave a review., He was extremely polite, knowledgable during my visit months back and you can tell he cares about the interactions he has with his customers. “Been banking here for 3 years now. The ladies there are so kind and helpful! Anytime I've had an issue they solved it within 20 minutes. Always a great experience whether going inside or the drive thru. Only issue I've had is the wait time to make deposits. But when it's busy not much you can do ??♂️. Would highly recommend.”
“Hey how about this is the first time I was ever in this PNC location and just for a quick deposit WOW. Very nice people. Very busy and very fast. For lunchtime, I was really hoping to get in and out quick so I could get back to the rest of my errands and then on to the remainder of my day. I have to admit I was a bit concerned when I walked in and one of the tellers closed her window. Yet, the other two windows were really moving and they even have a lady greeting people at the entrance. Very nice experience. That's why I bank with PNC!”
