Jim was early for our appointment, very professional and super helpful in explaining what we could expect from our fireplace and then made it all work like it was new. Looks great. Ready for a cold day.

Jim came out to service and repair our gas fireplace. He made the process seamless. Communicated his assessment of the problem , the solution and quickly worked to fix things. And went above and beyond to clean our entire fireplace to make it look sparkling new. Thank you!!!

Repaired my fireplace and did an excellent job. They communicated well about particular part being on back order. They were respectful when conducting work and spent time ensuring I understood my fireplace and how to maintain it.
I'd definitely recommend for fireplace service or installation.
