“I have been to a number of fitness facilities in the area and this is by far the very best! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and each workout is carefully designed to provide clients with the maximum benefit. The workouts are never the same and are designed for everyone regardless of fitness ability. The coaches really get to know each client’s fitness level so that they can push them through the workout by adjusting speed or weight. If you are looking to transform your body in a clean friendly environment, this is the place for you!”

“I found the facility to be spacious, extremely clean and professionally run. The classes are well run. Classes sizes are small and allows interaction with the coach. I have found that the membership covers many ages and the groups he’ll welcoming new members. Well worth a visit.”

“No gym-timidation here! There are few places in the area where my 85 year-old father, big sister, and myself can work out and be positively pushed to our fitness limits. The trainers are so good at putting together workouts that increase performance levels, while keeping us safe from injury. They don't tell you what to do and walk away. They teach you the correct way, allowing you to push yourself physically and become stronger--It's actually really rewarding. They have group fitness classes too. A good mix of cardio and weight training. The spin bikes are awesome! Just like real bikes that move with you. It's definitely a better workout...and a calorie burner! I highly recommend this gym over any in the area. No workout is the same. It's a great community of really great people!”
