“When I moved back to Pittsburgh after a divorce, I needed to get my own AAA account and apply for a Pennsylvania license plate. I was a bit frazzled and not having the best day. It was very late in the day, near closing and there were several customers ahead of me. When it was my turn, a young man began to assist me. Nicole, the woman at the next desk overheard me explaining me situation and stepped in to assist with the membership.
Next she offered help and advice on the steps to get a Pennsylvania plate. She reassured me that she would help me through it and everything would be fine. It was a simple process, but I was frazzled and Nicole calmed my nerves.
Since then, we have recommended AAA Robinson to several friends because of Nicole. She's knowledgeable and is very helpful.”
