“Went there yesterday to check on Seasonal Registration that I submitted directly to PennDot. Tried contacting PennDot myself but you can’t text them or e-mail them. Tried calling and the recording stated “All agents are assisting other customers call back later” and I was disconnected. (Got the phone number after doing about 15 automated menu options). Could’ve leave a message or call back number.Since I’m a member of AAA decided to see if they could help. AAA agent Jason called PennDot and found out they didn’t have my paperwork. Jason filled out a new registration form and submitted it to PennDot. He was very helpful and took time to straighten things out.”
