“Brendan was awesome. Called in the morning and explained my issue. He instructed me to ask for him directly, I came into the store a few hrs later. I had a phone hat powered up but the screen didn't display. Asked him if he could retrieve my contacts and transfer to the new phone and 20 minutes later I was outta there with a new phone and completely satisfied. “We have been with ATT for many years dating back to when it was called Cingular. We tried other carriers prior, but at that time were charged roaming in areas ATT did not. Flash forward to today, we have service at our camp where many neighbors struggle to get signal with the competition. For us there is no shopping around. We have a reliable service that we are very pleased with. I am glad they are once again offering free phone (or minimal charge) upgrades with a contract to avoid paying full price for a new phone. This was costly and a hardship at times and should not have been necessary for loyal, long standing customers.
I gave them four stars because recognizing customers longevity is an area needing improvement.”
