“I used to be able to walk to the post office. Now it is just a short drive away in their new building. Staff is still extremely friendly, as well as carrier to my home. Would have been 5 star review, but building designer did not install a “drive-up” mailbox outside at the new building (as they had one at the old building). You have to park and get out of your car to go deposit mail into the outside box (troublesome if you have a physical disability). Just a little more “user friendly” and convenient with a drive-up drop box.”
“I don't get some of the reviews here, people seem to complain about the most petty things. They've always been good to me. I've had a couple issues or missing items across the years but they were always helpful in finding them and everything typically got resolved. I stick with USPS because even if the prices have gone up, the price still can't be beat from competitors in most cases. Thank you!”
“Used this for full service passport acquisition. Absolutely delightful experience. We arrived late and in chaos from traffic, parking, and life. Michael in incredible; for us a calming, patient, knowledgeable force while processing 3 unique passport situations. I will be using Liberty Center location for any unique USPS or passport services going forward. Just note the location is funky - there is a concourse behind the hotel that looks like a strip mall.”
“I've never had anything but positive experiences here at this location. The man who is usually there is so kind and helpful. I didn't have a lot of experience mailing things when I first started coming by and he explained everything for me. It's usually pretty fast even though they don't seem to have a lot of employees.
I work downtown so I wait to mail my packages until I'm in the office because the woman at the post office on Liberty in Bloomfield is always so mean”
“They do terrific customer service at this post office I'm a stamp collector and I want my postcards and letters to be hand canceled and they've done that graciously I really appreciate that very much I'm headed over there today and I'm hoping that they have the new Standing Bear I need a sheet of the Standing Bear stamps”

“If you come for your passport, yes, you are supposed to walk in through that nondescript blue door around the far left corner! I wish that the door were labeled, but the staff is all warm and accommodating and will help you find where you need to go.”
“This was my second time to this location and the first time I encountered a very sweet employee but I didn’t get her name! The second time, Emma went above and beyond to help me get my bridal shower invites stamped and showed me new stamps coming in for my wedding invitations. She was so kind and nice to talk to. In a world where people don’t appreciate others or go out of their way she deserves a little recognition today! Very impressed with this location!”

“Always have a good experience there. I just moved here 6 months ago and never had a PO box before and it's been a learning curve for me. But that's also why it's a 4 stars for me. I think we should have mailboxes. It's a bit outdated to just have PO boxes. No one has time to check a PO everyday”
