“If you have questions about the status of a package or just need to get in touch with someone at a USPS location, this is definitely the place to call! They actually answer the phone and take the time to listen and help with your questions, which is so appreciated. They’re also very helpful when it comes to shipping and will explain your options and help you figure out what works best for you.
Just keep in mind that they can get pretty busy, especially around lunchtime, so the parking lot and inside the post office may be a little crowded. Overall, I’ve always had a great experience with this location and really appreciate how helpful and friendly the staff is!”
“Consistently helpful, polite and effective service through the years. Shout out during this sleet-filled 2025-2026 winter: my packages and mail have been delivered within reasonable timeframes and within best condition feasible. One damaged letter had a written note apologizing for its condition. Thank you to the USPS team that makes this service outstanding!”

“This place was amazing! I began the process of renewing my passport. The postal worker was very thorough, extremely patient and helpful when needed I had any questions! !! Both workers quickly moved the line along. I was the only one that was there more than 15 minutes. They were so informative and efficient, so the line moved like a well oiled machine! Maybe, I caught them on a good day! But I doubt it; I feel like this is the norm for this post office. ..”
“Had a first-time passport application scheduled here and it was a breeze. I showed up a bit early to my appointment, they let me go ahead anyway and I was done before the appointment was even supposed to start! Absolutely superb.
At least in my case, they made their own photocopies of my state ID and birth certificate. I would still make copies yourself to be sure, though.”

You can get your passport application here and also get your picture taken for it and they will help guide you through the entire process.”
“Even when I was being a "Karen" to get an address changed after a death, the woman who worked there did her job well, despite having her hands tied due to newer regulations. I hope she understands I'm not mad at her - she's cool - I'm mad that I had to jump through a ton of hoops including the full probate process in another state and still received pushback out of USPS's fear of fraud.Make sure you have all your court docs ready showing you are the executor or administrator of the estate before you go.”
“I've never had anything but positive experiences here at this location. The man who is usually there is so kind and helpful. I didn't have a lot of experience mailing things when I first started coming by and he explained everything for me. It's usually pretty fast even though they don't seem to have a lot of employees.
I work downtown so I wait to mail my packages until I'm in the office because the woman at the post office on Liberty in Bloomfield is always so mean”

“It's with a sad heart that I leave this review. Neil was our mailman here in Lawrenceville for years. His service to the community was outstanding. Just when you think public service hasn't much to offer along comes someone like Neil. He never missed a beat. He stopped faithfully everyday even when there was no delivery just to check and make sure that I didn't have any outgoing mail. I've shipped many boxes out over the years to my customers and he never complained, but lightheartedly joked with me about them. He deserves a 10 star review, but this site only allows for 5. “Generally easy in and out when getting service at counter. Workers are polite and helpful. Also has machines to do it yourself for packages and stamps. Facility is nicely maintained.
Need to bring back drop off mailbox. I don't use tge one there as it is dangerous and inconvenient to get out of car to drop off mail”

“I've been shipping items to clients for years and for the first time forgot to put the label on a package. I truly thought the item was a goner. Upper Saint Clair was able to get the package back to me the next day, as the packaging had an old shipping label addressed to me on it, but hidden. I think this is an example of going above and beyond, as they could have easily tossed the packaging aside. It honestly made my day to get that item back. Love my mail carriers and have never had an issue at the actual post office location.”
“If you come for your passport, yes, you are supposed to walk in through that nondescript blue door around the far left corner! I wish that the door were labeled, but the staff is all warm and accommodating and will help you find where you need to go.”

They proceeded to palletize and wrap the boxes, and then arranged shipping to Miami. I dealt with Nathan and communication was excellent thru all steps of the process. Highly recommend this Company.”
