Once I left my cellphone at the counter and they kept it for me :)I always feel positive and pleasant every time I visit there. “It's with a sad heart that I leave this review. Neil was our mailman here in Lawrenceville for years. His service to the community was outstanding. Just when you think public service hasn't much to offer along comes someone like Neil. He never missed a beat. He stopped faithfully everyday even when there was no delivery just to check and make sure that I didn't have any outgoing mail. I've shipped many boxes out over the years to my customers and he never complained, but lightheartedly joked with me about them. He deserves a 10 star review, but this site only allows for 5. I've had times it is 1 Star. I've had times it's 5 Star. More often than not, I get a 5 Star experience. My last experience was great. So 5 Stars from me.”

You can get your passport application here and also get your picture taken for it and they will help guide you through the entire process.”
“This is a little satellite post office in the General Store... a great service to have in the neighborhood. The shop owner that helped me was really friendly and there was no line at all. Check out the shop too.. there's some nice stuff!”

“Although we’ve had issues with the mailmen and our mail delivery, I wanted to post a review regarding Edwin the post office supervisor. I had to submit a complaint regarding and issue we are having with mail at our address.He responded to my submitted complaint extremely quickly and seemed to really care about resolving this for me as quickly as possible. I really appreciate the effort Edwin and other post office employees are putting in to this situation.”

“Even when I was being a "Karen" to get an address changed after a death, the woman who worked there did her job well, despite having her hands tied due to newer regulations. I hope she understands I'm not mad at her - she's cool - I'm mad that I had to jump through a ton of hoops including the full probate process in another state and still received pushback out of USPS's fear of fraud.Make sure you have all your court docs ready showing you are the executor or administrator of the estate before you go.”

“Crafton Post office at 90 W. Steuben Street, has the kindest, most helpful employees anywhere. Janet is always so patient, upbeat and helpful. Go early in day if you can, there is often a long line with just 1 person behind counter. But the employees do their best and are wonderful.”

“I've been shipping items to clients for years and for the first time forgot to put the label on a package. I truly thought the item was a goner. Upper Saint Clair was able to get the package back to me the next day, as the packaging had an old shipping label addressed to me on it, but hidden. I think this is an example of going above and beyond, as they could have easily tossed the packaging aside. It honestly made my day to get that item back. Love my mail carriers and have never had an issue at the actual post office location.”
