I was there for 5 hrs for 4 tires an an alignment, I know that takes awhile but my brother went today for his 4 tires and he's been there 4 hrs so be warned they like to hang out and talk more than work

Told us they'd be here within the hour. Two hours later, called them back, were told they'd be here in ten minutes. Now it's been three hours since the initial call, and they've neither called or shown up. Yeah, useless.
