HE WALKED IN AND UNDERSTOOD THE NATURE OF OUR DOG WITHIN SECONDS AND DROPPED DOWN ON THE FLOOR AND SAT TO RELEAVE ANY STRESS THAT SHE HAD. SHES A 90 LB GERMAN SHEPHERD WHO HAS A LOT OF ANXIETY WITH OTHER MALES. I called Bush Run. They saw our clover that day and helped us through such a hard decision. I can't say enough about their entire staff!! I had our dogs information sent here!! They are amazing! “I don’t usually post reviews but feel like they were owed one. I came here for a second opinion on my cat Dallas, and unfortunately (as I feared) he was inoperable and suffering. I had a feeling it would be time to say goodbye, and a few weeks later writing this post, grateful that saying goodbye was with Greentree Animal Clinic.
Dr. Brown was very kind, gentle, and compassionate with me and my soul cat Dallas. He took his time with us and our goodbyes. Walked me through his situation very gently. The vet techs were all very nice as well. It may have been my first experience, although a sad one, but I will be taking my animals here in the future as their primary vet.

“I have been going to Doc since 1986 with many kitties over the years. That is 40 years!!! A long time to be an active vet in business. I have never had a problem getting my kitties in to see him. I love him and Cathy. So for those upset about doc going into semi retirement after more than 40 years, plan ahead for routine care. For emergencies, emergency clinics are provided. I have had to use emergency clinics before, but as long as doc is there 3 days a week, he will be my vet.”
“I can't recommend them enough! We trapped a couple of older kittens someone dumped, my vet suggested I call them to get them shots and fixed. Every single person we had contact with was just so nice! They took great care of both cats and the price was amazing. I just appreciate everything they helped us with and the kitties are happy.”

“Dr. Bolin has been my veterinarian for 35 years and five dogs. Recently, I got a new dog, another Labrador Retriever. She was so supportive and affirming. She gets five stars and two thumbs up. The right eye of Jacky Boy was damaged by one of his litter mates and Dr. Bolin had to remove it. He had a long and happy life after that.”
“We've brought 3 of our cats here over the last 10 plus years. We always appreciate the service and how friendly the staff is. They always seem to really care about your pet.”
“It was time to say good bye. Truly the staff was extremely respectful and the family room was very very peaceful. The doctor who helped us say goodbye grieved with us, and that meant truly a lot. I can't comment on how I feel about the cost because my pet was part of my family for 15 years, so although some may think it is high, I feel like it was worth giving it to my pet.”
“Handled our furbaby's health concerns in a professional and timely manner. I can not remember Gypsy's techs name but she was VERY sweet and understanding with Gypsy's needs. It was very clear upon pickup after surgery that she had bonded and felt very comfortable with the tech who stated that she sat with her instead of leaving her in a cage after her surgery. She has never been in a cage let alone left anywhere so that extra attention meant the world to us. We will definitely be back and recommend your clinic to anyone who needs veterinary care”
“i completely misread the appointment information and came in two weeks early. i offered to come back, but staff were very accommodating and got me an appointment within the hour! they were very nice to my dog and informed me about the purpose of every vaccine, and answered my health questions. my wallet is a bit sadder, i will admit, but that’s what normally happens owning pets.”
“The care and compassion this place has shown my dog is unbelievable. She needs some extra TLC when she needs her shots and they stepped right in. I am sad that they are closing but hopefully we will find some place that does the same kind of care in the future.”

“I am editing my review but not changing any star rating- I originally went to this practice to have a stray cat, Jade, that we were FINALLY able to catch get spayed. This was the only vet I could get a reasonable appointment with and another one quoted me $800-$1,000.00 for the spay. Jade was too far pregnant when she went for the initial visit so we had to wait for the kittens to be born and then were able to bring her in for her spay. The team worked with the pricing and she was treated very well and the incision looked neat and well done. The kittens have since gone on to their new homes but the new owners chose Canon-Hill as the place to have them fixed. Fast forward to this week when my cat, Lynx, who has a history of constipation became very ill so I ran him to the emergency vet who quoted me $4,000.00-$6,000.00 for the deobstipation. I called Canon Hill and the gave a quote over the phone and were able to get him in soon. The staff was very friendly with my cat and he seemed to be very comfortable with them. The cost for the procedure was within the verbal quote and the only additonal cost was bloodwork which I gave my okay for before they did it which is appreciated. They also cleaned his bum and hind legs off really well since this was a very messy procedure and I appreciated that he got to go home nice and clean. They communicated well with what happened and any issues and prescribed new meds to hopefully give out guy a much better quality of life.”
“My family switched to Hidden Valley Animal Clinic (and Dr. Threadgill) in 2013, and we couldn’t be happier with that decision. Dr. Threadgill identified my boxer’s lymphoma early and supported me through her heartbreakingly short cancer journey—answering endless questions and working closely with specialists until it was time to say goodbye.
When the day came to say goodbye to my 16-year-old Jack Russell, the staff at Hidden Valley went above and beyond, feeding him brownies left over from a staff meeting so he could take his final breaths with fudge smeared on his chin.
I now live out of state, but my senior parents still bring their bully, Nelson, to Hidden Valley, and I am incredibly grateful for the patience, kindness, and care they show both my parents and Nellie. The compassion, professionalism, and genuine love for animals shown by everyone at Hidden Valley Animal Clinic is truly unmatched.”
