“Had a wonderful experience with this business a couple months ago. An alert came up on my car. I believed I was still under warranty and took it to my dealer. Went most of the day without them looking at it and found out it was $200 just to run the diagnostic. Said no thanks and found Diamond Auto. I dropped the car off. They ran the diagnostic and researched the common fixes for the problem (some dirt in something or other. They cleaned it and returned it to me. No charge! Unfortunately the problem came back a week later so they took the more involved route, replacing a part. $250 total for parts and labor! I also asked them to look at my brakes because the dealer told me the pads were low. They could’ve very easily ripped me off and told me there was an issue. Or overcharged. Instead they were honest and told me the brakes were fine! Will definitely be a returning customer as they’re trustworthy and reasonable!”

“I waited 1+ year to make this review... & Let me start by saying this company isn't for everyone! If your jammed up with your credit then I highly recommend them! The whole process of initially getting the car was smooth and easy, and the salesman was amazing. After working with these guys & gals for over a year now I can honestly say the are very GOOD (NOT PERFECT) at their jobs! For one, the vehicle it's self is a great car (2006 Pontiac Grand Prix 3.8L V6). I experienced my first real issue with the car about a week ago, and I called up AVP warranty company (The company you get your warranty from). They where very quick about getting me in contact with a shop, who towed my car over and fixed all the issues I had (Control Ignition Module) with no problem at all! I could go on and on.... But like I said they are a GOOD company to work with if the shoe fits!”
