We took puppy classes with Jim, and we loved Jim, his knowledge and expertise so much that we signed up for the next level! Jim has really made our puppy, Ham, such a better listener and taught her calming techniques that really come in handy with an excitable puppy. Jim is a kind professional and the dogs seem to instantly love him (and so do we!)
We also do grooming with Danny, and we were a bit nervous after all the different stories you hear about chain grooming salons, but Danny is just as fantastic as Jim! Ham always looks and smells great, and we love her Pawgress report. We will continue with Danny for all her grooming, and hope to continue Ham through the training levels!
