If I could give it fewer stars I would, The store staff is very friendly but the grooming salon is detestable I don't know how they have such bad people working with dogs and to top it off they gave me my dog as I took it when I PAID for a bath and cut when I went at TWO 2 hours the person who was there told me that they were BATHING him! And not my dog came out the same as I took it with the same smell and without cutting either the paws or the little face anything that is called STEALING! And it was the groomer DANNY! He didn't even give me the face! That's why I made an appointment for him to take care of my dog and it was at least that he attended it's terrible and from me I don't want to receive an extra dollar! Hopefully pet owners will take action and be more careful to bring them here! My dog was there for 4 hours and they never did anything to him

The place is nice place but my stepson work at burger King and lost the phone in the bathroom and someone take the phone is a iPhone the person brings to pets mart and they said is not phone there but when the company send a alert the manager call and said the phone is here but when I ask every body said no I no have iPhone when I pick the phone up somebody charged is weird the suppose a nice people no a thief

The staff at the Brookhaven Petsmart are wonderful. Our newly adopted 9 yr old dog was having digestive issues. The gentleman I talked to had suggestions to help alleviate the problem. His suggestions were our solution. I'll be going out of my way to shop the Brookhaven Petsmart.

I don't ever write reviews but me and my boyfriend just came here for danios (schooling fish) the lady her name is Ronnie who does the fish is so sweet and i'm not here to bash her but she needs to be taken off of handling the fish. she grabs them with her bare hands and she dropped one on the floor and picked it up and squished it and just threw it back in the tank. i was just in shock and proceeded to go find a new associate because she kept scooping the guppies and that's not what we asked for which is not a huge deal but with her bare hands and squishing and sliding them on the glass. i don't doubt that these fish will die in a few hours. just please take her off of fish.

Took my girl for her first grooming yesterday. When I got her back I could tell her face was overly cut. I was trying to be nice and not complain not like it can be glued back on. Well for the rest of the day she seemed traumatized so I didn't want to inspect her. I did notice her ears were not cleaned. Today I was cuddling her and saw under her eye was cut I was not informed of that. I now will be learning dog grooming and doing her myself. It is ashame to pay $75 thinking your baby is in good hands and they get traumatized. Thanks for hurting my puppy. Will never be back there for grooming

Went in to make a purchase a few days ago and the cashier was at best RUDE to me. I walked out and placed my order with Chewy when I got home. Not only did I spend less but got free shipping. I will not be back to Pet Smart.
