“The male customer service representative is the best in the business! He is respectful polite and knowledgeable. The female med tech who do vitals is also best in the business. The doctors vary but I had a really good one on my last visit. Some of course are mean as they appear. Thanks to the nice ones I overlooked the bad “apples “”

“Ended up passing out in the office WHILE having my blood drawn which was very scary especially since I drove myself and don’t have any family in the area. Melvin and Michela were SO kind and professional after I went unconscious. They brought me water, ice, candy and stayed with me until I felt okay again. Their approach to patient care was compassionate and comprehensive. SO glad I passed out at this location and not another random blood drawn place.”

“I walked in to berwyn and was greeted with a smile by the person behind the desk she was wonderful. She has good service, and very polite took me in without an appointment. “Over all decent experience. Wasn't thrilled with the fact that no one was there to greet me or check me in when I got there , and had to use a kiosk to check in. The process wasn't difficult, but I guess this is the way the world is going. No human greeting anymore. No staff there upon arriving.
I waited a little while but then finally the staff showed up. After that , it was smooth sailing. Very quick. And efficient. A girl named Lisa took my blood and she had to be the most precise phlebotomist I ever encountered. She was quick, accurate, and the procedure was fast and painless. She was pleasant as well once I got into the room. Never had such an easy blood drawn experience. In and out.”

“The 2 techs working on 3-12 in the afternoon were so WONDERFUL to my Son. My Son is special needs and is in a wheelchair. He is very strong especially when he has to get blood drawn. It’s a 3 person job typically. I was there myself with him and the to women working could not have been more helpful, kind and caring to him. I held one arm down and the 2 women focused on the arm they were getting the sample from. We were able to get what we needed with no issues. I was so thankful to them I gave each one of them a hug before we left. Definitely will bring him back to this location!!”
“I was there for blood work a little over a year ago. The people there were very kind, and extremely outstanding at what they do. As a matter of fact I am going there again tomorrow, 4.20.26. I will not go anywhere else

“Clean, quick and polite! Mary is the best. She drew my blood twice now and has been amazing. My veins are small and my doctor’s office has a hard time taking blood. Mary gets it the first try! She’s sweet and makes you feel welcome and comfortable.”
“This is my third time coming to this LabCorp location. Each time – my experience has been great! I make an appointment in advance, I come in at my appointed time, I am seen within five minutes, I have my blood drawn, and I am out the door. I don’t think it’s ever taken longer than 10 minutes. The people are friendly, professional, and relatively pain-free :-) Great for a chicken like me!”
“I had blood drawn here and actually registered on line. Went to facility and there is a kiosk with no staff. Person in front of me was foreign and could not read the kiosk and no one to help..15 min wait and he still got no help..once past the door my tech was more than nice and did the task quickly..results took a bit longer than other places I've been but this place is ok”

“The ladies working here are *amazing*. I took my two daughters (11 & 14) here today. It was my 11yo’s first blood draw and the ladies were so encouraging and kind. They even spoke with such encouragement to them saying things like “you got this!” and “you can do this!” calling them both by their names. They calmed any anxiety they had and did an amazing job getting the blood needed. Highly recommend. Every labcorp should have employees just like these two woman. Fantastic.”
“I went to Lab Corp. at City Ace BalaCynwyd location and the amount of peopme was overwhelming!
Howver the staff at this location saw to it the each and every person was seen and rajen care of!
Please Give Every EMPLOYEE at Bala Cynwyd Lab Corp a significant “MONEY RAISE” they deserve and have earned the increase in pay!

“BCL is hands down the quickest and best local lab, instead of waiting an hr+ to have your blood drawn you'll literally be at BCL for 10 mins even if you've never been there before... Vannida & Jaime are amazing receptionists.. the specimens all get tested and resulted super quick and the people at BCL will meet your needs and expectations”
“I would give 10 stars if I could. I came as a walk in at 8:15 am on a Friday morning. I was seen within 5 minutes. The phlebotomist was amazing! She was very friendly and skilled. I can be a difficult draw. She got it on one try with no digging and it was painless. I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. The whole encounter from sign in to leaving was 20 minutes. Excellent job!”
“Despite how difficult this location was to find due to poor signage once I was in the waiting room, Liz, the receptionist greeted everyone very nicely and bloodwork, was drawn efficiently?? also I was a walk in and did not have to wait but at most 20mins.”
“Shakira was great. I'm a fainter and get blood drawn often. I always give people a heads up I will pass out, she listened and proactively had me lay down and did not rush me out after. It may sound simple but lab work gone smoothly is a rarity for me. You should go here”
“Aaron the single employee running this branch does everything alone and handles it beautifully. Yes you may have to wait an hour or so but that is not his fault. He moves quickly and efficiently and is courteous and professional. He draws your blood and it doesn’t hurt. Bring a book and relax.”
