Got there when it first opened up in the morning at 9. Was greeted by a friendly woman at the live fish section. She gave me useful information in regards to care for my turtle.

This location is awful and pretentious. My 18 year old daughter went in to purchase a leopard gecko and was turned away. These were the reasons. I should prelude this by saying we have owned this type of pet before….my other daughter…who is much younger…. These are the reasons she was given by associate #1 woman with purple hair and associate #2 man with long hair and facial piercings for descriptors…
“Oh it’s not that easy to own this pet you should get the tarantula or the corn snake instead” before asking her any other questions…I should add my kid is arachnophobic…so no.
“ oh honey” was used multiple times before more discard for her feelings eg…
“Oh honey you should go to the fish isle, this isle is not for you.”
“You should go on Reddit and then maybe we will sell it to you tomorrow”
This is disgusting behavior. We just had a loss in the family. And this new pet was meant to become a joyful trip to the store and a new welcomed member of the family. But that clearly didn’t happen at this location. Luckily she went to the Springfield location who set her up with everything in less than 30 min. They were non judgmental and educated her with any questions she had and sent her home with a new best friend. We won’t be shopping here again. I suggest you don’t also. I attached a photo of the lovely new buddy we did NOT get from here…he is clearly happy and cared for. You shouldn’t pass judgement on people based on appearance. It’s unethical and frankly pretty disgusting. You owe my daughter an apology.

We buy are dog food from this store. Help always helpful and happy when you can find someone. They are understaffed imo.
Last time I went in I was going to buy some Koi but the only person I could find was on the register.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The employees are so rude when you ask questions and they dont even know where are the stuff located. Because of people like that I prefer to order online.

This PetSmart location in Broomall has very professional staff members that have great customer service skills. I came into the store to buy a Guinea Pig and I had a little of a wait for an employee to finish assisting another customer. When the employee was available a couple of months later,the employee was very energetic and willing to help my family pick out a Guinea Pig. The store is well cleaned and fully stocked. This certain PetSmart location has a lot of animals in stock to buy than any other PetSmart/Petco in the area,in my opinion. I definitely recommend this certain location for a one stop shop if your starting off on a new pet. Keep up the good work 👍

I went to get my cat groomed here and the girl called me back and told me my cat was too “ squeamish” and she could not groom her but she “brushed” her a little and trimmed her nails. I then had to pay $25 for a “brush” that never happened considering my cat was getting shaved down due to the fact she is a Himalayan and had some matts and brushing was not what I asked for. Use furry land mobile grooming instead. They did a great job did not complain and I did not even need to leave my house.

I never leave reviews but I have to leave a review for this experience my parents and I had here. We’ve brought our dogs here before when we just had two of them and had a bad experience with the grooming department and said we’d never take them back to this location again; well that was over 4 years ago at this point and the place we usually take them to was fully booked so we ended up taking them here. We now have three dogs so we made an appointment for 3:30pm for all of them and got there on time. When we got there the vibes were already off and was not greeted. The one groomer cut another groomer off as she was talking to us about how we’d like to get their hair cut so my mother and I thought that was rude. About three and a half hours into the appointment that’s supposed to be about four hours calls my mother and says that all three of our dogs had flees and they won’t be ready for another hour and a half and we just thought that was weird because only two of our dogs had flees once four years ago and I was the one who found them and treated it. In my opinion I would have saw and noticed if all three of my dogs had flees so something just seemed weird about that and I’m the type to follow my intuition (it wasn’t that they had flees because they treated it which was great if they really did have flees but something just seemed off and my parents agreed). My parents go to pick our dogs up and the one groomer is just starting to cut our youngest dogs hair while our middle dog hasn’t even been cut yet so my parents start getting annoyed and asking questions but I guess the one groomer didn’t like that and ask my parents to leave and come back when all three dogs are done, now mind you their appointment was at 3:30pm and at this point it was 8pm and they still didn’t hadn’t cut our other dogs hair. I talk to my mother 34 minutes later and still they weren’t done and they close at 9pm. Finally my parents come home a little after 9 because we live like 25 minutes from this location and my dad tells me that he thinks the lady that groomed our dogs might have been taking other appointments through out the time they had our three dogs which might be why it took so long and if that’s the case that’s wrong and unprofessional because they had scheduled appointments and should have been back to back. The only reason I’m giving three stars is because their hair cuts are good but we did not appreciate the experience at this location and we’ve been going to petsmart for grooming for 8 years so we know what the process is like at petsmart and this location just doesn’t do it for us and this experience just solidified that we won’t be going here again even if our other place is fully booked.

Brought my 1 year old scared Japanese chin in for a walk in nail clipping. Zach in grooming, greeted me and took her in shortly after he finished a doggy groom. He was so gentle and loving towards her, clipped her curled dew claws with such ease, thank you Zach for a beautiful job. Staff is also do friendly!!

Great pet store for food and supplies for all types of pets. They have an Adoption Center which helps local shelters showcase their cats and kittens who are looking for a forever home.

I rarely need to shop in person at a pet store but I needed some last-minute fish supplies to empty my deck pond and save the mosquito fish. A very helpful woman took be from place to place, helping me find the nets, and the water conditioner. I could tell she was busy so I appreciated her help. At the checkout I wasn't sure if my phone number was still registered and I was delighted that it was so I got half price on the tiny aquarium. It was a very positive experience.
