I purchased a car from Keller Bros because of a young gentleman who had much sincerity and transparency in his customer experience and commitment. His name was Joel. “I couldn’t be more impressed with this repair shop from start to finish. The quality of the repair was exceptional—they are absolute wizards with cars. After the repair, my vehicle warms up and reaches operating temperature faster than it ever did before. My car looks basically brand new since the crash and operates incredibly smoothly. They even cleaned the inside of my car, which was such an amazing extra touch—I’m honestly obsessed with the scent and would love to know what cleaning solution they used!
The customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional, and extremely communicative. They took the time to explain the entire insurance process, including how they worked directly with my insurance company regarding the supplemental quote. They were also very transparent about what insurance would and wouldn’t cover (like not paying for a new battery) and kept me informed about when my car would be done. I especially loved their text messaging program that sent regular updates—it made everything so easy and stress-free.
My car was ready on the date they promised, and even better, it was finished just before closing so I could pick it up the same day. They also explained how they work alongside Enterprise, which allowed me to leave my rental there and drive my car home without worrying about finding rides or extra accommodations.
I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone—and I already have to friends and family. The entire process was seamless, I always felt informed, and the results exceeded my expectations. Truly top-tier service and workmanship!”

“Unfortunately some lady ended up backing into my car in a parking lot. She laid her vehicle on top of my front driver side section (headlight, fender, bumper, hood) I am super particular about my car and this was a disappointment to me. I searched around for the best body shop in the area. Read hundreds of reviews and came upon Tim’s Body Shop. Let me tell you, this place is phenomenal. From the day I called in and found out they have late days/hours of the week to make it easier for those who work a 7am-5pm schedule…. To meeting Mike Burkholder who handled my claim from start to finish…. To getting backorder parts at a reasonable amount of time. When I got my Volvo back I was rather impressed with the work as someone who worked in the auto industry for 23 years of my life dealing with the Manheim Auto Auction and many service and collision centers in the local region. Great work and give your detailers praise for their work regarding the cleanup. Very pleased with how everything looked.”

“I took my 25 Honda HR-V here for some body work, I had some scratches on the rear doors. And my experience with Hurley was phenomenal, for starter they where the only body shop in the Manheim area that picked up the phone. But they where very clear, and fair throughout the process.
I was able to get a free estimate, and took the car about a week later for the actual body work. And the end result was exactly as described when I was speaking with one of there techs.
I'm not going to say my car is back to perfect and identical to when the car was brand new, anyone can look close enough at something and identify a flaw, I chose to go the route of not re-painting the area and was made aware of potential spots where imperfection's could remain visible. For the most part, none of those imperfections are visible. The job was better then initially described.
But what I will say is the VALUE is unmatched, Honda quoted the body work at $985, Hurley did the work for $140.
Also I wish I remembered her name, but the lady who answers the phone is very polite and helpful.”

“These guys aren't your average bodyshop...let me tell you a little story...
Started a new job. Came back to the shop after the first day out and looked at the vehicle I purchased 2 months prior. Wanted one of these cars for 20 years after the first time I drove one. Thought I saw a shadow...looked again...the side of my vehicle was smashed. Guy backed a piece of equipment into the rear door and panel. Was recommended by a hot rod guy to talk to Brett and his team for their attention to detail. Got a few estimates and with their explanation down to the gaskets needed to restore my car to as near perfect as possible I knew this was the team to do the work. He was patient with me through the arbitration process needed to get everything in order...then I had a deer who couldn't wait for November and tried to end itself at the expense of the front of my vehicle. So between the first claim and second with two different parties to deal with these guys didn't just knock it out of the park...they crushed a Grand Slam. I got to take a tour of the shop after seeing their exquisite work on what was soul-crushing damage to a beloved car. After talking to them I found out that they are more than a bodyshop. These guys are about performance also. From welding frames to inhibit torque twisting launches to Whipple superchargers and engine builds...these guys have a solid passion and express it with artistic precision. I'll definitely be calling them for my performance upgrades on an import and a future MOPAR build I'm planning. Thank you guys and I'll be in touch sooner than later!!!”
