“I couldn’t be more impressed with this repair shop from start to finish. The quality of the repair was exceptional—they are absolute wizards with cars. After the repair, my vehicle warms up and reaches operating temperature faster than it ever did before. My car looks basically brand new since the crash and operates incredibly smoothly. They even cleaned the inside of my car, which was such an amazing extra touch—I’m honestly obsessed with the scent and would love to know what cleaning solution they used!
The customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional, and extremely communicative. They took the time to explain the entire insurance process, including how they worked directly with my insurance company regarding the supplemental quote. They were also very transparent about what insurance would and wouldn’t cover (like not paying for a new battery) and kept me informed about when my car would be done. I especially loved their text messaging program that sent regular updates—it made everything so easy and stress-free.
My car was ready on the date they promised, and even better, it was finished just before closing so I could pick it up the same day. They also explained how they work alongside Enterprise, which allowed me to leave my rental there and drive my car home without worrying about finding rides or extra accommodations.
I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone—and I already have to friends and family. The entire process was seamless, I always felt informed, and the results exceeded my expectations. Truly top-tier service and workmanship!”

“Absolutely the best body shop I’ve ever been to. Tim’s was helpful and communicative every step of the way. When the insurance company wanted to make me get a used and scratched up replacement bumper instead of a new one, Tim’s worked it out for me and got the appropriate new one covered. The repair was completed and done in one day, and when I picked it up I was surprised to find that they not only washed the vehicle, but they had detailed the inside (looked like it just rolled off the car lot), left me a complimentary water bottle, and left a frisbee for my daughter on her car seat. They are professional and did great work, with the kind of above and beyond customer service I haven’t seen anywhere in decades. Can’t recommend enough!”

The boys at Lancaster starter stripped it down, did a full rebuild, and charged me a very reasonable price. They saved me a ton of money and aggravation. “I took my 25 Honda HR-V here for some body work, I had some scratches on the rear doors. And my experience with Hurley was phenomenal, for starter they where the only body shop in the Manheim area that picked up the phone. But they where very clear, and fair throughout the process.
I was able to get a free estimate, and took the car about a week later for the actual body work. And the end result was exactly as described when I was speaking with one of there techs.
I'm not going to say my car is back to perfect and identical to when the car was brand new, anyone can look close enough at something and identify a flaw, I chose to go the route of not re-painting the area and was made aware of potential spots where imperfection's could remain visible. For the most part, none of those imperfections are visible. The job was better then initially described.
But what I will say is the VALUE is unmatched, Honda quoted the body work at $985, Hurley did the work for $140.
Also I wish I remembered her name, but the lady who answers the phone is very polite and helpful.”

Once they had my vehicle I got updates every day or so with how far along things were, in the context of the whole process, and finished much sooner than I expected. They also work closely with enterprise down the street and make getting a rental super easy. Finally, I was floored when I got my vehicle back - and it was washed and detailed - inside and out! Was not at all expecting this. Highly recommend should you need some body work.”
